先自我介绍一下，我是清华化学系物化二班的一员，朱令和孙维的同班女同学。在此我只想针对网上的一些言论把我了解的情况和想法写下来，我会尽量客观如实地记录。希望大家不要偏听偏信，人云亦云。

另外说明一下：我不说出自己的姓名是因为看到网上确实有一些不负责任的人肆意攻击。如果有人质疑我是马甲，或要求我说出姓名，请你先把自己的真名实姓联系方式公布出来，允许大家核实。到目前为止，指认孙维是凶手的人中除了贝志诚从来没有人说出过自己的姓名。

朱令94年底第一次发病，寒假之后回学校上学，当时身体看起来在康复中，可以去教室上课，离开宿舍去洗澡、煎药等等，并非传说中的卧床不起（Belle
自己斟酌是否可加）；95年第二次发病，经互联网求助知道是铊中毒，随后清华派出所也找了一些同学（不止同班同学）了解情况，然后就没有下文了。

关于网上流传的孙维为了争演出机会而下毒的动机，之前已有网友从社团运行方式方面证实是不可能的。我想补充的是我所认识的孙维不可能这么小肚鸡肠，认识她的人都知道，她虽然是个伶牙俐齿的女孩，但心地善良、性格直爽，有什么说什么。而且她当时进民乐队学中阮也只是一个业余爱好，玩玩而已。

我和孙维不在同一个宿舍，但经常去她们屋串门，说实在的我非常羡慕她们的宿舍关系，朱令社团活动较多，少在宿舍，但和大家相处得也很融洽。我觉得这种宿舍不可能发生投毒的事情，所以我总是在想朱令会不会是在别处中的毒，甚至有没有可能是误服。现在网上有很多质疑二次投毒的声音，而且也有专业医生的意见认为有可能不是二次中毒，更加深了我的这种想法。

我对贝志诚网络求助一事一直很佩服，但看了天妒一文，觉得贝的某些言论非常的不负责任，这是人命关天的事情，总是拿一些道听途说和完全站不住脚不值一驳的所谓证据来煽情，无论对孙维还是对朱令都是一种侮辱和伤害。

十年了，孙维最终发了这个声明，我很佩服她的勇气。因为在网络上，任何事最终都可能搅成一堆浆糊，但我还是决定像我其他的同学一样站出来，说出我们知道的事实，谣言止于智者，真心地希望每个人在看帖回帖的时候都仔细地想想。

最后说明一点，网上很多同学说我们不关心朱令，这并不是事实。我们确实做得还不够，但我们在这里不说并不等于我们什么都没做。而且我们在这里说什么也不能给朱令任何实际的帮助。在此也呼吁大家用实际行动帮帮朱令，胜过在网上无谓地吵来吵去。

薛钢替孙释颜辩护的征求意见稿

1.
95年4月孙维与诸多同学一同翻译电邮，结果由系领导转交协合。
2。化学系前有多篇论文涉及铊。

3。事后得知储存有铊的实验室就在我毕设的同一楼内。所有化学药品当时并无危险品管理措施，每日工作时间(至每晚10时许)
实验室并不上锁。同时该实验楼担负各系仪器分析实验课程。所谓孙维是唯一可接触铊的指责有失公允。

4。95年6月30日，学校毕业典礼，孙维未领到毕业和学位证书。

5。孙维与舍友关系非常融洽，至今仍是好友。不仅如此，由于其宿舍气氛最为活跃，经常是我班很多女生晚自习后集聚打闹之所。虽然如今遍布各地，她们仍保持着密切的联系，并数次小聚。

6。朱令是社团骨干，相对与同班同学相处时间较少，所以我们班男同学也觉得她平日比较"酷"
。但每当班级活动，朱令能参与的总是非常积极，出谋划策。未见其与班内同学有何矛盾。朱令在协合住院初期，孙维及其他女生们曾帮助看护，直至很快有了特护。

7。孙维性格非常直爽，心直口快，嘴还比较"损"，爱开玩笑，但为人大气，属典型的北京女孩。

8。孙维曾在民乐队弹奏中阮，后退出。具体时间我不清楚，但有据可查，声明里提供的时间应为真实。

9。孙维的爷爷于1995年12月9日去世，这我记得很清楚。因为当时孙维非常伤心，班里同学曾一起安慰过她。而且直到当时，我才得知其爷爷是这么一位德高望重的老人。孙维在此之前从未提及。

高菲的修改意见

娘子，

看了几遍你的声明，觉得你写得挺好的，条理清晰，有凭有据。这么多年来，我们在你面前几乎从来不提这件事，潜意识是想淡忘，更怕伤害到你，看过你写的这些，才知道我们能做得简直就是杯水车薪。真得非常非常佩服你，经历过了这些还是那个开朗乐观、心态积极的女孩。

我想了想，其实内容并不是最重要的，你的声明写得再完美，别有居心的人仍然会鸡蛋里挑骨头。而对于那些有良知有头脑的人，你的这篇声明足以让他们了解事实真相。我想这也是你发表这份声明的目的所在吧。

好了，接下来谈谈我的一些想法供你参考吧（真有点鸡蛋里挑骨头的感觉，寒）。

下面这一段感觉有点乱，是不是可以写得更有条理，重点更突出一些，象最后一句话好像有点跑题了。

最重要的是学校对于有毒试剂根本没有严格管理，药品不管有毒没毒,
桌上架上随便放，铊溶液和其他有毒试剂在桌上一放就是几年。我帮老师做的实验并不是研究铊的，实验中曾经使用过的铊溶液也是我进实验室以前别人配好了放在桌上的，实验室也不锁门。很多同学下实验室帮老师作实验，实验室不光对化学系学生开放,外系学生上实验课或来来往往都可以。做试验的时候，尤其是业余时间，同学们可以在各个试验室间串来串去，互借仪器药品也是常有的事。尽管大部分同学在实验室是认真做实验的，但也有人在实验室串门聊天上机玩游戏甚至约会。

我也上网搜了一下相关的文章，觉得第五点关于所谓领导人和公安对我的包庇好像在网上没有提到，是不是换个题目更好些，比如关于政治干预之类？或者只是我看的文章里没有提到？从网上的文章看，似乎并没有提到公安包庇，而只是公安受到上级领导干预？

另外一个小问题，这60多万人里到底有多少人屈死，有多少人没有能等到1992年平反的一天，永远也不会有人知道。是1992年这么晚吗？原谅我对历史的无知。

最后，还想说一下，你一定做好了发表这个声明的准备了，对吗？因为对于网络的反应，无论我们谁也没有十足的把握。希望你面对任何情况都坚强依旧，相信人性善良的一面。无论如何，我们永远都会支持你，永远是你的好姐妹！

孙维的网上声明

关于朱令的事情，这些年来网上时有传播．许多热心人一直在设法帮助朱家，同时也愤怒地要求缉拿和惩罚凶手，其中关于我的流言很多，甚至指名道姓说我是凶手。对此多年来我一直保持沉默，相信清者自清，对于那些先入为主的人，我就是再解释，恐怕也是“疑人偷斧”；而对于理智的读者，我就是不解释大家也不会轻易相信这些不实的谣言。因此当有了解情况的朋友想帮我反驳时我都劝阻了。

但是最近网络上关于我的谣言愈演愈烈，不得已我决定对网上盛传的流言作一些必要的声明。

由于事情的经过十分复杂，涉及的人和部门很多，为了避免给别人带来麻烦或尴尬，我隐去案件中除我和朱令之外其他人的姓名。

另外,
我也不打算参与网上的讨论、辩论和答疑。我只希望过平静而普通的生活，不被打扰。当然我保留通过正当手段维护自己权益的权利。

我对文中所提及的所有事实负法律责任。

一我被卷入案件

朱令９４年底生病，一直不能确诊，一度病危，９５年４月底北大的一名同学（名字不记得了，但不是贝）来到我们宿舍告诉我们说朱令被确诊为铊中毒，他们收到太多的电邮回信，希望我们帮忙翻译。我和另外两名同班同学马上去报告了系主任，同时班支书去北大取来软盘，去试验室打印了一大摞从国外传过来的资料，我和其他几个女生一起连夜翻译。随后学校保卫处和派出所开始广泛地了解了情况，我和同宿舍、班里、系里以及社团的很多人都被问询过，之后公安并未采取进一步措施，也没再进行深入调查，原因我不清楚。

我万万想不到两年后的９７年４月2日，在我们即将毕业的前夕我突然被公安局14处审问，在没有任何证据的情况下要求我在“犯罪嫌疑人”处签名。当时我根本不懂有关法律，不懂得“犯罪嫌疑人”的含义，以为只要公安有怀疑就是“犯罪嫌疑人”，于是在公安的要求下签了字。现在大家都明白“犯罪嫌疑人”的含义，说明当时公安审问我之前是抱有获得突破的信心的。但在经过了8小时的连续审问后，他们却通知我的家人接我回家。我曾以为公安还会再找我询问一些问题，但是他们从此再没找过我。反而是我和我家人上百次地催促公安机关尽快依法办案。

之后我和家人也咨询过一些法律专家。他们说尽管我国新的刑事诉讼法（９7年开始实行）刚刚开始实行“无罪推定”，但是在实践中很多办案人员还是习惯性的延用以往的有罪推定。8年后的今天随着中国法制建设的进步和多起陈年冤案的曝光，“无罪推定”已经深入人心，但是在1997年的情况完全不是这样的。对此我深有体会。

二所谓“我是学校唯一能接触铊的学生/本科生”

我4月2日被公安讯问的时候第一次从公安那里得知公安了解到的情况竟然是：我是唯一能接触到铊的学生，而且实验室的“管理非常严格，就差在每个学生的后面站个老师了”。但这完全是谎言！

其实化学系在实验中使用铊有很长历史了,而且有不少人在国内外相关杂志上发表论文，在９７年４月我开始被调查之后，我查阅了一些文献，看到学校化学系不同人发表的论文从91年(那时我还没入学)起有若干篇（收稿日期分别为１９９１年１０月１６日，１９９４年１２月２０日，１９９５年８月１６日，１９９５年１０月２日，１９９５年１１月８日和1996年2月16日），直到97年公安开始调查，化学系才禁止使用铊。我想很可能还有我没有查到的文章，或还有使用过铊却还没有发表的论文。

系主任后来也说除了化学系，其他系也有铊。

这种情况多年来一直如此，即使在朱令中毒后也没有改善，怎么可能我是唯一能接触铊的学生呢？！

为了证明实验室的真实情况，９７年４月，我哥哥借了一部家用摄像机在白天工作时间到化学系实验楼，先后进了几个实验室，并从其中一个实验室的实验台上拿了一大瓶有骷髅标记的有毒试剂，举在镜头前，把它带出实验楼，然后又送回原处，整个过程全部拍摄下来。同样的调查取证，在随后的日子里又重复了几次，每次都无人过问。

出于对学校的感情，我没有把证明学校对实验室管理不严的录像带直接递交公安。但是事实又对我非常重要，这么大的黑锅我背不起，于是我在９７年５月５日下午5点多找到学校党委，把录像放给他们看，表示我并不想为难学校，是因为我没有别的办法，唯一的要求就是希望学校能够实事求是地向公安反映情况，说明我真的不是唯一能够接触到铊的学生，由学校自己出面向公安说可以讲的比较委婉，有利于学校的形象。当时接待我的人没作答复。

第二天，５月６日一大早，学校实验室开始大整改，要求师生停下工作把所有药品严格分类管理，有毒试剂上锁，并由保卫处的人进行了拍摄。

6月30日，校领导拒发我的毕业和学位证书。

后来校党委一位领导曾在会见我和家人时竟然理直气壮地说“在这件事上（指朱令中毒案），我们经过认真反思，认为学校没有任何责任”！

我担心学校为推脱责任而掩盖实验室管理不严的事实，不得以只好于1997年7月18日把录像带和我查到的文献交给公安，有公安机关的签收条为证。

1997年7月28日国家教委办公厅发布了“关于加强学校实验室化学危险品管理工作的通知”（教备厅[1997]13号），其中提到“1995年5月，1997年5月，清华大学、北京大学先后发生了两起学生铊盐中毒案件。除涉嫌人为作案外，铊盐未按剧毒品管理是其重要原因。”

三关于我们宿舍

如上所述，我成了“唯一”能接触铊的学生，根据公安推理，我又和朱令同宿舍，具有投毒的条件和充分的作案时间，因此一定是我给朱令投了毒！好象我们的宿舍充满了恐怖！

真实情况是，我们的宿舍生活非常快乐，充满了无穷的乐趣。我们几个舍友五年来别说吵架，脸都没红过，至今仍是最亲密的好朋友。了解我们宿舍的人都可以作证。

我和朱令没有任何过节，但确实和另外的舍友们更亲密，主要是因为朱令交游广泛，社会活动非常多，很少在宿舍。

在调查朱令中毒案时，一些人（甚至是我曾经尊重的人）为了回避自己的一点点责任就不顾别人的死活，但是我的舍友在公安调查我的性格、为人的时候，她们都非常客观。我至今仍非常感动！

朱令94年生病以后很长时间不能确诊，因为我母亲是医生，我还把朱令当时的症状（脱发、皮肤疼、腿疼）告诉我母亲，让她帮着分析和打听，我母亲当时还说可别是红斑狼疮。这些情况我的舍友们都知道。

四关于所谓“动机”

了解我的人都知道我性格非常直爽，爱开玩笑，嘴比较“损”，也许得罪过人，但我从不小肚鸡肠，更谈不上不嫉妒。谣言中关于民乐队什么竞争演出机会之类的所谓“动机”
实在更是可笑。

大一的时候我听说学校有个民乐队，觉得好玩儿，朱令就介绍我参加。朱令既担任古琴独奏，也参加中阮伴奏。对于古琴，我根本不会弹，而中阮只是伴奏乐器，在民乐队中的地位本来就比较低，而且民乐合奏的时候还是几个中阮是一起上台的，根本谈不上争“上台机会”。我记得有一次清华民乐队代表学校参加一个比赛，我、朱令和另外的中阮是一起上的台，这些都有民乐队演出的照片和录像为证。

更重要的是我在大三一开学（94年9月）就因为觉得功课紧张主动退出民乐队了，民乐队应该有我参加活动和退队的纪录，很容易被核实。而朱令生病是在９４年底。这些情况在我被调查时，已经向公安机关如实说明过。

五关于所谓领导人和公安对我的包庇

网上盛传领导人和公安对我的包庇，读者无不义愤填膺。事实是公安从来没有对我进行过任何包庇。

朱令94年底中毒，95年4月确诊铊中毒，至97年毕业前夕一直没有破案，应该说公安错过了破案的最好时机，眼看大家要各奔东西，朱令家人非常着急。后来我得知：97年3月25日，朱令家属致信北京市公安局长，指出学生即将离校，其中很多人将出国留学，此案急需抓紧侦破，不能放走凶手；97年5月上书国家领导人。
可以想象公安当时的压力，他们希望尽快抓到凶手，对上级领导和朱令家人能有个交代。这也解释了为什么朱令中毒两年多公安机关一直没什么动静却突然在1997年4月2日对我进行突击询问。

由于对我的调查迟迟不给结论，我和家人都非常着急，认为公安办案拖拉。我还年轻，不能背着“犯罪嫌疑人”的黑锅过一辈子。于是我们无数次要求公安对我进行进一步调查，要求再审或对证，对我提供的各种信息进行核实，还有什么疑问就提出来我好解释澄清，但是公安机关从1997年4月2日以后再也没找过我询问任何问题，反而是我和家人上百次地催促公安机关尽快依法办案。

有一次一位公安对我们说“公安从来没有办错的案子！”，因此我们担心阻力来自于公安对自身错误的自我纠正，于是我和家人一再向公安机关口头和书面表示公安机关办案不容易，有时搞错也难免，而且怀疑和调查我也是可以理解的，我们决不会追究任何个人和单位的责任，我们唯一的要求就是以事实为依据，以法律为准绳，尽快查清我的问题，还我清白。

我和家人一直抱着在基层解决问题的想法，第一个电话是97年4月4日、第一封信是97年4月5日，都是给清华派出所的。之后给系办、系领导、校办、校保卫处、校派出所、公安14处等反复打电话、写信或面谈（信件都有收条），但从无进展，我们开始逐级向上反映。由于案件久拖不决，况且朱令家人早在97年5月上书过国家领导人，不得已我们于98年1月也给高层领导写信反映情况，说明：我们只是恳请有关单位以事实为依据、以法律为准绳，尽快依法办案，决不是要求法外施恩。

公安机关对我怎么调查的我当然不得而知，但在对我调查结束4年后的2002年，无意中在我家里发现了两个窃听器！

那天我家亲戚来做客，因茶杯里的茶凉了，他把杯子放到微波炉里加热，突然听到爆炸声，大家吓了一跳，发现杯底有个夹层，夹层被炸开了，里面装有窃听器，立刻查看另一个相同的杯子，发现同样装了窃听器。这两个杯子是专门加工的，因为要搞夹层，杯底凹进去很深（见照片）。经回忆，杯子大约是98年春随咖啡礼盒送给我母亲的，因为我母亲对那人并不熟悉，推辞了很久，那人坚持要送才收下的。

既然安装了窃听器，我家附近还应该有监听接收点，这么复杂的事看来只能是公安所为。如果连窃听器都送进家里了，估计应该对我家的电话也进行了监听。这个意外发现让我们十分高兴，因为我问心无愧，把问题弄清楚正是我求之不得的。技术侦察手段的使用足以证明公安机关和高层领导不但不象网上传说的包庇我，恰恰相反，公安机关是在严格侦查之后才解除了对我的怀疑的。

六我曾要求公安机关对我测谎

从1997年4月起我和我的家人反复要求对我再审、测谎、对证，但始终没能实现，1998年7月29日在北京晚报看到有关测谎仪研制有突破的报道，当时我参加工作不久，正出差在外，8月初回京，经人介绍我两次去研制单位进行测试，感觉尽管是很简单的小测试，但确实灵验。研究人员告诉我国内外测谎准确率可以达到86—98％。测谎准确与否和测试的出题人水平有关，所以是有一定风险的。我一直宁愿承担风险接受测谎，是因为我实在不愿意不清不白地生活。1998年8月26日公安机关解除对我的调查时我再次提出要求对我进行测谎，立刻被断然拒绝。后来家里发现了窃听器，使我想到其实公安已经全都清楚了，当然不愿测谎。

七关于所谓我的爷爷向高层领导求情

网上盛传说我爷爷去世前最高领导去探望，爷爷“拉着最高领导的手”为我求情“请求最高领导放人放了我的孙女”。而“公安局长拍案而起，说放什么放，打死了装麻袋里放出来”，云云。其实公安机关第一次也是唯一的一次讯问我是在1997年4月2日。事实是我爷爷于1995年12月9日去世，而且我一天也没有被公安局抓起来关过，不知道怎么“放出来”？是相对什么而言。

而且公安开始调查我时并不清楚我爷爷是谁，97年4月2日那天，公安问到我的家庭成员，我只说了父、母、哥哥，再问其他人时，我只说爷爷奶奶已经去世，没有说名字。受家庭影响我很少在学校说我的爷爷。

爷爷是我最敬爱的人，在他去世后有这么多谣言给他抹黑，我和我的家人都很难过，因此我在这里要简单地介绍一下我爷爷，让大家了解他的为人，了解他为中国做过的巨大贡献，了解他几十年经历的坎坷和冤屈。

不要再别有用心地在他身上捏造虚假的故事了！

我爷爷爱国、正直、廉洁，最痛恨腐败。解放前在国民党政府我爷爷曾任行政院政务委员兼资源委员会委员长兼经济部部长。他因为痛恨国民党政府的黑暗腐败，决定率领资源委员会起义，冒着生命危险组织和领导护厂护矿，迎接解放。
资源委员会是当时中国最大的企业群体，下辖121个总公司，1000多个大中型厂矿企业和若干研发、设计、勘探单位；涵盖的行业包括钢铁、有色金属、石油石化、化工、煤炭、机械（含部分造船和铁路机车车辆制造）、水泥建材、电子电工、光学仪器、电力、制糖、造纸等；共有3万多管理和技术干部，其中有高级技术人才约4千余人，大部分怀着爱国之心留洋归来；另外还有工人60余万，其中技工20万。
爷爷将资源委员会下属厂矿企业和人员完整地移交给人民政府，对新中国的国民经济恢复起了巨大作用。这些人才为国家工业化、现代化做出过巨大贡献。
但是令人痛心的是这些人满怀一腔爱国热忱，冒着生命危险追随我爷爷留在大陆，投入祖国建设，却在解放后历次运动中，尤其是文化大革命期间，被说成是“有组织有计划的特务团体”接受调查、批斗和各种折磨。我爷爷自然是“大特务头子”了。很多人不能忍受人格上的侮辱和身体上的折磨选择了自杀，也有很多人被活活整死。这60多万人里到底有多少人屈死，有多少人没有能等到1992年平反的一天，永远也不会有人知道。

他晚年在三峡论证中顶住巨大压力，94岁高龄亲自进行实地考察，坚决反对三峡工程。

我爷爷生前多次留下遗言：遗体捐供医学解剖，捐献有用的组织和器官，其余作肥料，绿化祖国，不举行遗体告别，把自己的积蓄全部捐献。他去世后骨灰撒在树下，没立任何碑牌，积蓄全部捐献给家乡的学校。

在他的“生平”中评价他是“共产党的诤友”，“建立了历史性的功勋”。

八学校曾扣发我的毕业证书及学位证书

97年6月30日上午学校召开毕业典礼并颁发毕业证书，临开会前系领导却突然通知我学校不发我毕业证书，并要求我通知父母马上来学校，由党委正式说明。我的父母立即赶到学校，校党委领导等人接待了我们，说学校接到公安局的通知，内容是由于我卷入此案调查，不能给我发证书。校党委领导还强调：“在这件事上（指朱令中毒案），我们经过认真反思，学校没有任何责任”。我们问：公安是如何通知学校的？有没有文字通知？学校说没有，是公安打电话通知的。

于是我父母立即到14处询问，令人意外的是，公安竟然说：“我们从没听说过孙维学籍的事，警方只管破案，学籍管理是学校自己的事儿，和公安没关系，公安局从来没有，也不可能向学校发这样通知的，如果真打过电话，一定会有记录的，但是我们没查到任何记录。”

当我们回过头再找学校相关领导落实时，校领导又改口说是学校根据公安局的情况自行决定的。之后我们再想找校领导交涉就变得难上加难了。几经周折，在我们的强烈要求下，两个多月后的9月5日，校领导终于同意和我全家见面。因为我们表示扣发证书的做法不对，校党委领导竟说：“你到底是要清华认错，还是要学位证书？！”我说我不要求认错，只想解决我的问题。9月29日系领导给我家打电话，通知去领取毕业证书和学位证书，至此，我才拿到了迟到三个月的毕业证书。
在领证书时，系领导说：公安不承认通知过我们，我们也没必要替他扛着。

朱令家人多年来对我的怀疑是没有事实和证据依据的

９７年４月２日下午，对我的问讯是非常秘密的，老师同学包括我的舍友都不知道。但是第二天（4月3日）一早，朱令的一位舅舅就来到学校，召集了很多同学，说“朱令的案子拖了这么久，到现在也没有人承担责任，朱令家里很窘迫，现在目标已经很集中了。”并说“公安机关办案需要很多手续，有些公安机关不宜出面做的事，我们决定自己出面，采取一些非常规的行动。”同学告诉我后，我家人马上向派出所、系里和学校保卫处汇报，但没有得到任何答复，家人担心我的人身安全，于是不让我上学了。
4月11日晚和4月14日晚，朱令的舅舅两次打电话给我家里要和我父亲面谈，由于他在学校说了要采取非常行动的话，我父亲当即拒绝。

４月２２日，系主任打电话给我父母，催我回校上学，父母向学校反映担心我的安全，学校答复说没法保证我的安全，但是如果我还不上学造成的损失学校不承担。我不能接受学校提出的留级一年的选择，于是说服父母于２４日回到学校。２６日中午，我收到朱令舅舅寄到我宿舍的恐吓信（２５日发出），说我已经“无可救药”“世人皆曰可杀”“纵然是天涯海角，终不能逃脱惩罚”，并“发誓不惜用一切为朱令复仇，为国家除害”，信中还提到“黑社会”。

我家人十分担心，立刻向系里汇报，但是系领导已经知道恐吓信的内容了，因为相似的信件也发给了班里其他同学，要求同学们配合朱家提供有关我是凶手的“证据”。由于安全没有保证，我只好再次离校回家。

５月５日下午，迫于毕业压力，我再次返校。５月９日中午，我收到朱令舅舅寄到我们宿舍的第二封恐吓信。内容除重复第一封信的恐吓外，还提到“获悉我给你的信已交付学校保卫部门，我认为你做的没有错误。但这次大可不必这样做了，因为，当你收到这封信的同时，此信的副本也会放在学校保卫部门的办工作桌上”并说“另获悉，由于我的上一封信，你希望获得学校对你安全的保证．我想，这是一种不现实的想法”，“学校是无法保护你或惩罚我的”。

这两封恐吓信的复印件我都已经给交公安机关了。

我知道朱令家人对我的误会非常之深。后来我找过朱令的一个好朋友，表示希望能和朱令的母亲沟通。他说如果真的不是你干的，你于心无愧就行了，朱令家人坚信了这么久的想法，你是不可能改变的。

９７年７月３０日，我和哥哥去公安局催问案件调查的进展，正好看到公安人员接待朱令的母亲。我们提出是否可以在公安在场的情况下和朱令的母亲谈一谈，把有些事情说清楚，公安人员连忙拒绝，说现在不合适，并马上把我们拉走。

９８年８月，公安宣布结束对我的调查后，我再次提出希望能和朱令家人沟通，消除误会，公安说：“朱令家人误会很深，认死了这个理儿这么多年了，即使你们和她家人见面，恐怕也很难改变他们的想法。我们也做过他们的工作，很困难，没什么效果，你们不要和他们接触，可能会有危险，要是出了事儿就更麻烦了。”

我以前在学校和医院见过朱令的父母，他们都是非常通情达理的知识分子。大女儿惨死，二女儿中毒对这个家庭的打击是毁灭性的。我去医院看望和看护朱令的时候见到朱令父母对自己孩子的照顾和疼爱，很受感动，也非常理解朱令家人渴望挽救自己孩子和抓住凶手的心愿。

尽管我也是这个案件的受害人，但朱令和她家人的情况更惨，因此当年我咨询的法律专家说朱令的舅舅给我写恐吓信是违法的，我可以告他的时候，
我不想给她的家庭雪上加霜，至今没有起诉。

不过朱令家人的许多说法是没有事实和证据依据的，仅仅是根据一些所谓的“线索”推测得到的结论，在冲动情绪下的言论和举动不但伤害了我，更不利于本案的侦破。

十关于我的私人情况

关于我的私人情况，网上流传着各种版本。
我一如既往地不希望我和家人的生活被打扰，所以仅做简单的说明。我的丈夫不是美国人，他是我多年的同学，对我的情况非常了解，对我的为人也十分信任。我们都希望过平静的生活。

十一我对网上传言的看法

我一直认为，也一直对我的朋友们说，其实这些在网上伤害我的人大多都是善良的，他们并不是存心要伤害我，只是出于义愤希望惩治凶手而被各种真假难辨的流言所误导。

当然也不难看出其中有很少数人一直在挑起和引导舆论的发展，只要有人持比较客观的观点或者质疑这些所谓“证据”，就立刻会被揪出来甚至遭到谩骂，或者被说成是我的“发言人”。但是即使对于这些少数人，我也一直认为他们的出发点是善良的，他们只不过一心想帮助朱令而又认定我是“凶手”而已。

对于网上少数客观理智的网友，我很感谢他们，因为他们能够客观地思考和评论，所谓“谣言止于智者”，另一方面我也觉得很抱歉，让这些不相识的朋友为我挨骂。

过去的几十年我们国家基本实行“有罪推定”，文革期间达到了顶峰，造成了多大的民族灾难！97年我国新的刑事诉讼法刚刚推出，法律专家呼唤法制文明，推行“无罪推定”。当我把我的情况提交法律专家后，他们很感兴趣，认为这是一个“有罪推定”的很好的例子。幸运的是这些年来我国的法制建设取得了很大进步，“无罪推定”已经深入人心，避免了更多冤案。

十二我的愿望

１．公安机关尽早破案！

除了朱令家人，没有人比我更希望早日破案了！

既然大家都和我一样真心希望早日破案，请你真名实姓，把任何证据或者线索，尽早提交公安机关，以便公安调查核实。如果有人在国外不方便的话，可以请国内的同学或朋友作为接口，汇总大家提供的线索一并提交公安机关进行调查核实。在网上以讹传讹只会误导别人，伤害无辜，拖延破案的时间，并让真正的凶手继续逍遥法外。

我和所有善良的人一样希望看到水落石出的一天！

2．愿朱令早日康复。

3．希望大家客观理智地对待网上的各种传言。

4．我和家人希望过上平静而普通的生活，不被打扰。

You know what? This morning my professor, in
surprise, showed me an anonymous email saying I am a
suspect of a poisoning case and asking for my contact
address. (email address is a newly registered "zhu
guan" and the gxzl...@yahoo.com, guess should be 朱关
and 关心朱令).

I guess this should be from a person who know I am the
roommate. The good point is they don't know I am
still in the same lab (since the lab's homepage
doesn't include my name), or they may be more crazy to
do something. My professor of course thinks it's
ridiculous and trusts me, dont worry.

Things are getting so messy, I also read a guy
pretending to be qizi, while giving the Ph.D thesis
title of that male wangqi's to prove he/she is real
wangqi. Faint to death.

Oh, yes? Somebody digged out my photo from my lab's
homepage? I am sure it was removed last year after
the previous scholarship ended. So somebody saved the
old page even that early? I am somewhat shocked. En,

Yesterday I still saw a lot of posts on Tianya, and
people are again posting my previous work and my
parents home etc. To be frank I don't know why Tianya
suddenly stopped. I don't think it's police, cos in
Sina and many other sites it's still very hot. Why
they only stop Tianya then? If, IF, it's really Gong
An, want to carm down this thing, they again proved
themselves to be stupid, only find Tianya and ignored
other sites? As stupid as before when they are
investigating Zhu Ling's case!

I VERY VERY much agree with you: I always talk with
xxx, how ugly human nature can be when they don't need
to be responsible!

I also talked with my brother about what they did to
you, you know what my brother said? He was very angry
and said you should claim back the money, including
the interest! :-P

I fully understand your feeling -- I also feel so
discusting when read it. I have to say you are very
nice and still think it's not a good idea, if I were
you, i will never donate anymore. It's not about the
money at all, it's the feeling. I just hate my
kindness being USED by ugly people!

One thing I think we should do now is, I also told
other piglets, to collect materials and "evidence"
that these people are mad, and they are doing crazy
things just to po4 hai4 us. I don't know exactly how
are we going to use the material yet, but it doesn't
harm to collect it.

So could you pls collect these virus message / people/
ID, save the content so that it's readable offline
even if they delete it one day, or screenshot as well.

For those bad things, i.e., hurting your private
life/privacy, work, curse, virus words, so something
like saying we are he2 mou2 murdering etc.

Collect them now.

One good side benifit is that if you think of this
purpose, you no longer get angry when reading those
posts :-) It works on me quite well :)

An update to you all about current situation:
Zhu's Mom has started raising this issue to new papers
and magazines, and Sina and Sohu reported on the 1st
page.
I'm pretty sure that she will start to target TV soon.
BTW, yesterday the journalist is already calling my
parents home (they get the number from Zhu's family)
and asked to interview me. My dad rejected, but maybe
they will quote my dad's word saying that he rejected
to be interviewed etc. Who knows.

you don't mind: As I told xxx yesterday, I am
willing to help, for sure. My concern is that you
will speak to media first? I am somewhat afraid it
will finally develop to a mouth fighting (da3 zui3
zhang4), like on Tianya. If to Gong-an, I have no
problem to give my statement; but to media, I suggest
you have a more thorough consideration, it may finally
be a bigger and wider mess and be no real help for
solving the problem. Of course, niangzi, if finally

paper searching and translation :(

The purpose is to find out if Zhu ling’s case might
be just poisioned one, just like 熊猫累累& 感而后动
mentioned.

Jinya was searching a lot of papers, maybe you can
search as well from US? Might be different result?

What I need is the cases in which the patient was NOT
treated in time, better not treated after 1 or 2 or
even 3 months,so that we can have a look if the
symptoms are similar to Zhu Ling’s case.

So just need to very quickly filter the search result
and can simple throw the paper away if the patient was
treated in time.

If you find out the “suitable” case, pls help to
translate ONLY how the symptoms developed over time,
NO ＮＥＥD to translate how to treat it etc. Pls also
include the patients age, sex, general health
situation if any, and also the source of this paper.

Jin Ya will send you the paper she has already found
out that fulfill above “requirement” so that you
don’t need to translate again if you find the same
docs.

Can you help with it during these 2 days? Sorry for

1. I searched on PubMed with keywords "thallium" and
"poisoning".

2. In the about 600 papers, I got 3 papers that may be
useful (with full text). My filtering condition is:
once poisoning; acute or subacute; after exposure to
Tl, no appropriate treatment for more than 1 month. I
will translate the corresponding parts in these three
papers.

3. Since I have no full-text access to some journals,
for many papers I could only get their abstracts. I
had a look at all the abstracts of papers published
after July 1992, and I include in the attachment those
that maybe useful (need checking full-text to know),
so that if you can access to their full-text files,
have a look.

4. To extract the compressed file, save all the four
files in the same folder and click the *.part1.ext
file. (i am so "luo1 suo1", :P)

5. Naturally everyone has his/her favorite searching
strategy for papers, so I do expect hanlin or P2 will
find some useful papers other than what I got, that'll
be very cool :)

继续关注朱令
“铊中毒”事件。这一事件十年前就引起轩然大波，十年后仍未定案，不仅朱
令同学本人深受其害，她的家人也一直处于孤独的痛苦当中，而且也给那些关心过朱令帮助过
朱令的朋友们留下了诸多不解和疑团。
我努力去找过化学系的老师和物化2班的同学。但是我还不敢惊动大部分人。包括一些退休的
老师.我了解的情况是:大家已经很尽力。而当时一些媒体的不当报道,却可能伤害了大家的感
情。大家一方面同情朱令，一方面又想保护同学.作为清华的学生，我不相信我的同学是冷漠
的，相反，我认为这里面，肯定存在着一些相互的误解和微妙的抵触.而这些究竟是什么?什么
造成了这种不信任?是不是怕伤害到了无辜?我也看到了有些同学，为孙维辩护.我完全理解:因
为我们不会傻到先定一个人有罪,再去寻找他的过失.这是无论如何一个有智商的人，都不会这
么做的。因为要公正,我相信你们也是这么想的。
昨天我甚至见到了和朱令一起演出的艺术团的一个校园歌手.也许大家都知道他。他现在已经
几乎很成名了，踌躇满志,要回清华开咖啡馆,在北院.当时我心里很难过，我听到一个98级化
学系的孩子说，年年提这个事情，年年没有结果.我听了更是伤感。
我去拜访过朱令父母。他们还在不停信访.朱母曾经因去年摔倒而开了脑颅.她感到自己老了，
家里也没有其他人了。没有人可以照顾朱令.她想的是,怎么办?如果她去了，她说,就让朱令也
和我一起去吧.
我当时,真是无话可说了。
他们并没有努力申诉自己的冤屈,我感到的不是他们的委屈和仇恨，而是对生命的尊重.是一种
意志力.活下去的意志.那时候,我甚至不敢问:你们恨不恨凶手.我不敢问。
而我做这个事情，只是希望。还能够从媒体角度,促使公安部门追查嫌疑人,让大家都有一个清
白的说法.

我和一个关注这个事情的朋友聊天，她说:“旧事重提，肯定会伤害到一些人的感情。可我认
为，面对承受了人生的残忍和不公的朱令，面对承受了这么大痛苦的朱家父母，作为健康、自
由、相对幸福生活着的人，如果只是因为怕伤害到自己和周围人的感情或者影响自己和周围人
的生活而永远选择沉默，使真相在时光中消逝，那么，未免太不公平。因为真相虽然是痛苦可
能甚至会触目惊心，但真相还是很重要的。因为我一直坚持，社会的正义和良心比个人平静温
暖的内心舒适似乎更为重要。”
我希望通过自己实实在在的努力为她做些什么。作为《南方周末》的一名职业记者，我深知，
虽然媒体是本着维护正义，保护弱者的立场进行追踪和关注，但我们并不能干预办案或是有罪
推论，我们能够做的和最终力图做到的，只是抛开外界纷杂不一的说法，如实记录朱令的同学
、家人，也就是所有了解她关心她愿意帮帮她的朋友们真实的声音。
我承认，我是一个多事者,
虽然我也曾在清华园度过了九年光阴.实际上我根本不必要关心
社会新闻，我的志向不在这里。但是等我见到朱的父母时,我就知道我必须追问下去,即便是没
有结果，即便是…因为没有做好而丢失了一个记者应有的职业口碑.我很希望自己能给朱令的
父母一些实际的帮助，也希望你们不要有太多的顾虑,信任我支持我。谋事在人，成事在天。
我相信苍天在上,我失败一次，以后还会有人追问的。但我依然相信你们，我的同学们,我相信
天下人的心是善良的，我也相信,我能够公正地呈现这个当年的事实.

I'm soooooo moved by all of you! Of cause you all are
my BEST friends, lifetime friends (although I removed
the "best" friends statement in the doc that I'm
currently modifying, changed to "good" -- it might
bring negative effect if people want to make story out
of it)!

I can't express with words but I have to admit that
when I read the mail from all of you, I can't control
my tears, even now. What a strange creature human
being is -- when people are beating, hurting,
humiliating you, you are strong and never show sorrow,
but when you friends are comming with warm heart and
words, you, on the contrary, start to cry.

Anyway, no matter what happens, I always repeat to
myself, that I am not the poorest person in world and
I will never be knocked down. There are too many
examples that people sufferied much much more that I
do. So what I'm now experiencing is nothing. For
example, Zhu Ling's family is more poorer, and they
sufferred much much more. Of cause I don't like their
way of doing things but it's also understandable to
some extent.

I'm still making modifications based on some early
comment. If I can finish it by tonight, I will send
you to review again.

Anyway, let's see... Hope it doesn't cause you too
much trouble :(

1。“...朱令也是校社团的积极分子。社团和团委的骨干成员有单独的宿舍楼，不分院系、年级，既没有熄灯和用电限制也不锁楼门，是大家聚会、活动的中心。朱令经常回宿舍很晚。她第一次中毒后返校期间仍然每天中午去社团或团委煎药，据她自己说也有时是别人提前帮她煎好了的。”这一段如果写得再圆滑一点就好了，象加个“举个例子来说”，“比如说”这样的词句。如果我是不知情的人，很可能会觉得你在暗示这个情况和中毒有密切关系，如果不是你的本意的话，可能会有一些反面作用。看你的考虑。

2。你爷爷那一段，我觉得挺好的。不过能不能稍微表达一下你爷爷出身贫寒，自己奋斗成材的意思，反正就是别让人觉得你们家是那种大的“世家”，有很多人罩着的那种。

3。“前不久的ｘｘｘ杀妻案为什么会被判刑？就是因为“死者”家属有怀疑，而且又找到了一具女尸，看似证据确凿，而ｘｘｘ又拿不出证据证明自己无罪。其实这也是许多未破案件时一些被怀疑人遇到的共同问题。”看到这一段我是想到了你说的应该是"Simpson"的案子，但我的印象不深，google以后才了解了详情和最后判决，但其他人会不会也能立刻想到？不过也许国内新闻曾广泛报道过？另外，我google后的感觉是这个案子实在太复杂了，所以好多人好像还是对Simpson到底杀妻没有心存疑虑。再让你家里人帮你参谋参谋，别起到了反作用。

我觉得你写得挺好的，这些意见都是我尽量站在不知情人的角度上吹毛求疵的结果:)。我和其他小猪的担心一样，写得再好，也会有人故意或不故意地曲解。而且这两天我在想，如果是朱家刻意地散布这些谣言，可能就是为了把你逼出来，现在也算达到了目的了,sigh。不过也没法再躲了。但你一定要做好心理准备，要我们帮忙的尽管说，另外怎么发表，从什么渠道，多少网站开始，还有对可能发生情况的应对（来自朱家，公安什么的），也要做好准备。虽然我知道你家里人和xxx肯定已经帮你想到了，还是忍不住多个嘴:P.
