STEPS TO APPLY FOR TATKAL PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE [PC] AND CONSOLIDATED MARKS MEMO [ CMM ] FROM JNTU KAKINADA
ONLY APPLICABLE FOR ST.MARY'S STUDENTS...
FROM THE FIRST …
@ BANK :
1) Go to some nationalized bank and take a DD of 3000/- in favour of “” THE REGISTRAR , JNT UNIVERSITY , KAKINADA “”
@ COLLEGE :
THINGS TO CARRY : You should carry all the marks memo sheets till 3-2 semester from home… to enter the marks in the consolidated marks memo application form…AND TAKE ATLEAST 4 PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPHS... AND TAKE THE DD OF 3000/- ... to college
1) Go to college office and ask baji about your due…
2) If due is nill.. ask him for a CLEARANCE FORM … [ have to take signatures In that ]
3) Take that clearance form and fill that with your particulars… and at the back side.. you have to sign it with 10 people .. With the p.d sir , placement officer , s&h , principal , director , examination cell , ece hod , cse hod , mech hod , eee hod , IT hod ,Office , Library…..
4) After signatures … go to examination cell and ask them for PC , CMM Application forms along with Undertaking letter [ For students who have atmost 2 backlogs have to mention the subjects there… NOT NECESSARY FOR STUDENTS WHO DON’T HAVE BACKLOGS ]
5) Fill that application form with your particulars and enter your DD NO. along with the DD. Date in the provisional certificate application form…
6) After filling the 3 application forms with your particulars ,,, attach it with single zerox copies of SSC , INTER , 1 , 2-1 , 2-2 , 3-1 , 3-2 , 4-1 , 4-2 [internet print ] and staple it along with the three application forms…………
7) After staple .. the sequence should be.. PC application form, UNDERTAKING LETTER [IF NECESSARY TO GET RID OF BACKLOGS ] , CMM application form, SSC , INTER , 1 , 2-1,2-2,3-1,3-2,4-1,4-2 [ internet print ] and then sign the application forms with principal sir , and also attest the zerox copies … Don’t forget to take stamp with PRINCIPAL , ST.MARY’S ENGG. COLLEGE for every page…
8) After stamps and attestation … take another zerox copy of total stapled copy and submit it at Placement cell
9) Finally ask the Venkat Rao sir about the “ Provisional certificate requesting letter for tatkal from college” , Which is required at jntu kakinada …
KAKINADA :
NOTE : From vijayawada , we have Early morning trains to samarlakota … AT 6:20 AM , We have Ratnachal Express from vijayawada , and it reaches samarlakota by 10:00 AM.. from there , we have vehicles available to kakinada … DON’T FORGET TO CARRY YOUR ID CARD FROM HOME…
TRY TO BE IN JNTU KAKINADA BY 11:00 AM… and go to “ EXAMINATION CELL – HALL TO APPLY PC , CMM ] and submit the above referred STAPLED COPY … they will inform you to come by Evening 5:00 AM.. so till then , pass the time and collect your PC , CMM and check if any errors appear.. If so.. they will correct it soon….
