Submission of rent agreement and payment of additional maintenance charges

It is observed that you have given your flat no 4 on rent since last 2 months.

Accordingly please arrange to submit the registered rent agreement along with police verification certificate for our records

Also arrange to pay the additional 10% maintenance charges along with interest for the delayed period as per the rules
