Additional contribution for Rented out flat in FY23-24

Dear Rahul,

As per the budget of this year your maintenance charges were Rs 25039 (This amount does not include non-maintenance charges). Since the flat will be rented out for a month in this financial year, the non-occupancy charges are calculated on a pro-rata basis which will be 1/12th of the non-occupancy charges for the full year Rs 2504. Hence the non-occupancy to be paid for this financial year will be Rs 209.
