Referring to discussions during AGM dated 06.08.23, Mr. Umbarge has mailed a scanned copy of the modified balance sheet for FY 22-23. The same is enclosed herewith for your perusal and record. 

Incidentally, you are requested to inform your suggestions, if any, about the draft MoM mailed to all over 10 days ago. Till now, only 2 members have responded. Please do the needful before this month end and cooperate.

The owners of flats no. 2 and 6 are also requested to inform their decision, without further delay, about joining the managing committee from 01-10-23.

Dear Elite Elegance Members,

I have been asked to give my response about becoming an office bearer. I live in Delhi and I have no one who can carry out this responsibility on my behalf. Also, as informed earlier, I am in the process of selling my flat and it would not be appropriate to take any responsibility for the society. Therefore, I may kindly be exempted from becoming an office bearer for the Elite Elegance Society.
