Revised Budget

Dear All,

I could not mail the FY 23 balance sheet to all because, [after filing return, when copies came and were signed also] later on I realised that certain classification of  expenses for new pumpset, shed remained to be made under new Fixed Assets [ because the list of assets was not received separately]. So the balance sheet is getting revised [the colleague of Mr. Umbarge, who dealt with our case, was caught in an accident and joined only yesterday , hence delayed] today.

Mr. Umbarge is bringing the revised balance sheet tomorrow in the meeting. 

In view of eleventh our changes in grouping of expenses in P&L A/c of FY 23, the budget for FY 23-24 has been revised with reduction from 478000/- to 425000/- . As such, there is a reduction in the contribution for FY 24. 

The revised budget is enclosed herewith. Please study the same. We regret the inconvenience. We are scheduled to meet tomorrow at 10.30 am
