I am writing this mail with reference to the news article in Daily Sakal informing about the campaign. I am the Secretary of ELITE ELEGANCE APARTMENTS, Baner, Pune. We are a condominium under MOFA. In spite of our efforts since 2005, our builder has not executed conveyance deed and so the Revenue Authority is not registering our name on 7/12 extract. 

Therefore, we want to get Deemed Conveyance deed. We request you to enlist our name as one of the participants in this campaign. We shall be obliged if you acknowledge and confirm enlisting our name by reply email at your earliest
