Dear All,

I have enclosed a letter from Mr. Nerlekar, Heramb Consultancy who is introduced to us by our member Mr. Umbarge. Mr. Nerlekar first verified if our area is allocated City Survey Numbering and found that the same is not done yet by the authority. Therafter, I enquired for options to get EEA name registered on 7/12 record. He has recommended the easiest and cheapest option as mentioned in his offer letter enclosed herewith. 

He has agreed to personally come to have meeting with members. I propose to arrange an initial meeting with our committee and other locally available members. Thereafter, we can take it to all members. 

You are requested to study the attached document and suggest convenience to participate in the meeting.
