Transfer of ownership of Flat No.2

Dear Sir,

We have received an application along with share certificate, Index II & Sale deed from Bishnoi family members for transfer of ownership of flat no.2 , earlier owned by you. The transfer fees are also remitted by you on 02-06-24. The committee is to have a meeting this week to complete the transfer process. Therefore, you are requested to confirm your consent, by way of reply-mail, to transfer your membership to the new owners.  

Incidentally, we are thankful for your cooperation & courtsey.
