Dear All,

Thanks to major support by officiating Secretary, Mr. Kedar Koppikar, I have enclosed herewith the Minutes of our AGM held last Sunday. Please take note of the same. The attending members are requested to read and they may propose modifications, if any, to the MoM at earliest. 

Meanwhile, I inform all the mebers that bank balance now is insufficient to manage the monthly expenses from henceforth. Hence, please remit your contributions to any of the bank accounts as suitable to you on or before 31-08-2023. The bank account details are already on your records. The amount of flat wise contributions, as per the budget approved in AGM, are reproduced below for your ready reference:

Dear All,

In continuation of the trailing mails and as per the Managing Committee's decisions, [as advised by members during the AGM] dated 27-10-23, I have attached the final MoM of AGM dated 06-08-2023 and also its Addendum dated 27-10-2023 [as a single document].

The 2 resolutions passed by the committee under the authority of AGM dated 06-08-23 will have to be ratified by the members preferably during the next general meeting as and when it takes place. 

Please take on your record, the attached document. Incidentally, the owners of Flats. no. 2, 6 and 9 are requested to do the needful as mentioned in the Addendum.
