Dear All,

1) Annual charges for non contributing members in this case Mr Lakhote and Ms Anagha Thakare which is Rs 20000  is to be paid by 31st Dec . Post that penalty charges will be 18% per annum from 01st Jan 2024. This is in accordance with the vote approved from Elite Elegance members.

2) Rs  10000 fixed for Gym equipment disposal, has been put up on Olx.

3) Preventive Electrical repair of Rs 1200/1300 to be done on next Saturday.

4) Portable Fire  extinguisher equipment near the electrical box to be replaced. Vendor who can do this has been identified.

5) Painting of parking and gate to be done. Quote for labour based work has been requested.

Request Mr Lakhote and Ms Anagha Thakare to pay the charges as mentioned below by 31st Dec 23 if not done already. If done please ignore the same.
