An experienced Business analyst who has demonstrated:

•  Handling customer communication - Proven ability to communicate successfully with clients, managers and team on a regular basis

• Working knowledge of SDLC and has undertaken assignments on projects at different stages of the life cycle

• Ability to manage requirements and assure that the solution meets its original business objectives for any size project

•  Scheduling work packages and monitoring of project plans on a regular basis

• Experience of Risk Management, and Quality Assurance plans for small to medium scale projects or contributed to those for large scale ones.

• Understanding client’s business processes

• Knowledge on SharePoint management and maintenance
