ASP.Net MVC 5 - Repository Pattern & Dependency Injection

I am trying to implement Repository and DI in my project using below link.

Any advice or any better way to do it. 

My project is in ASP.Net MVC 5, and POCO Entities with PostgreSQL DB connecting using npgSQL.

TIP: Use stored procedures rather than linq OR use Compiled linq queries.
