Dear All

It's a been quite a while that we have seen any mail exchanges within the community, so thought of dropping a note. May I request the group to update how the handover of 1st phase flats have gone so far and what we have we finally managed to agree with Keppel around some of the sticking points related to compensation, additional sq. ft area, deed of conveyance etc. 

Also have they started issuing letters for 2nd phase handovers? I'm yet to hear anything from them, so would appreciate an update from people aware of any developments. Thanks !

Towers 3/14 are expected to receive Lift and Fire NOC and final OC by
March end and owners can start receiving the LOH by 1st week of
April...however if there is any delay in receiving the NOC the LOH
will get further delayed....

As far phase 1 , there are 2 families already moved in...

Hi Guys,

Heard that Keppel will come up with the retail store in last phase and that will consist multiple floor 2/3. The concern is that in that case the front view of Block 1 will be blocked specially for floor 1,2,3. Does any one know about the final design of the retail store? Any suggestions on whom to raise the concern?
