Hello,
Heard that Keppel Magus is leaving the project with Merlin and Surekha taking over from July onwards. Can anyone of you confirm the news?
We have bought an apartment in Tower 4 in Elita Garden Vista. 15% is all that we have paid till now. 71% are supposed to be paid in two weeks with remaining 14 during handover. I'm worried about our status at this transition. Few issues have come to my mind. We can discuss this later once someone confirms the news.
