I am facing problem with non-availability of water in my flat. I wrote

All,
It seems problems and issues are part and parcel of daily lives in
EGV. Few days back it was theft in the campus. Now its the problem
with water.
Day before yesterday it was notified that overhead tanks will be
cleaned from 11 AM till 6 PM on thursday. Accordingly we made our
arrangements. We returned home around 7:30 pm to find no water in any
of the taps. I called up Diptaman - MA manager multiple times but
neither he picked the phone nor did he called back till now. I texted
him with my problems. Then I went downstairs and looked for plumber.
Luckily i got hold of Pankaj, he sent a plumber and he was able to fix
the kitchen tap with which we are surviving till now. Also flushes are
working. Remaining taps are not working
I was also told that the PTR in 7th floor flat is choked and without
the owner of that flat nothing can be done on the other taps.
I don't understand how can somebody design a mechanism to be used by
all in someone's specific flat. Everytime there is a similar problem
we have to depend on owner (if he/she is not available)
Water is a basic necessity to be provided to all the residents and one
with family cannot survive without it. Please resolve this ASAP
