Defect list for common area and discussion with CFU

Last saturday & sunday the pro-term committee members (myself, Souvik
Bhattacharya and Amalendu Kumar) met and listed down all the defects
in the common area. Common area includes : Surface Road, Parking Lot,
Podium, Security Area, Club House. Attached list of defects : "EGV
Defect Lists.xlsx"
Today morning around 11:30 myself and Mr Amalendu Kumar met with Iman
and his team (MA folks , Amlan etc) and we went through each one of
the items in the list and specifically showed them the areas in the
campus where the concerns were noted.
Action on CFU, MA and project team is to sit together and decide on
the rectification timelines of each of these defects. We will followup
with them next week with the progress.

Is it possible to take it up with elita to provide dustbins in common area which I did not notice during my visit to elita.

Thanks Ambuj & team for preparing and communicating elaborate list of defects.
Also request committee to take care of following.
Publish and follow regular schedule for the following tasks:
1. Overhead Water tank cleaning - Monthly on a fixed day and time (may be different for each block)
2. De-silting of drains - Monthly on a fixed day and time
3. Open water bodies cleaning - Monthly on a fixed day and time.
4. Common area cleaning and garbage collection
The following details to be made available to residents on request:
1. Names and contacts of each security person on premise
2. ID cards to be issued to every person entering the premise and register to be maintained.
