Thank you to be part of the meeting at such a short notice.
Mom:
1. Residents and owners to meet Adris/Adrian on 19th Feb to discuss below listed agendas at EGV on 6pm.
2. Resident/owners part of that meeting (marked in To) unanimously decided to take the matter to legal level due to EGV continuing ignorance.
3. Souvik to speak to the lawyer recommended by Mr. Kumar
4. Initially as many residents/ owners whomever possible will share applicable legal cost and then will adjust in future as part of expenses under association.
We will discuss below points with Adris/Adrian
- By when residents will get dedicated electricity meter. Mess up done by EGV in past which is stopping the same now.
- Authenticity/calibration/maintenance/warranty/capacity of existing sub-meter installed by some private organisation
- Justification of property maintenance running cost
- Facilities claimed to be functional vs. actual scenario.
- Future of Defect liability when Simplex is moving out on 28th Feb
- Liability of above points by new developer who is probably replacing Keppel by 31st Mar.
I also spoke to the lawyer recommended by Mr. Kumar and he suggested giving Keppel either individual or joining petition against availability of information or facilities related to the above points with a timeline of 7-10 days to let them respond us back officially. We also need to mark receipt from them. If Keppel fails or ignores t respond then we will take the matter to legal level and file RTI to HIDCO. Will discuss this further in the next internal meet among residents/owners.

Whether new developer will maintain the exact specifications and facilities as committed by Keppel and in what time frame as we have also paid for common facilities?

Great move Souvik & Team. Well I am in NJ-USA, but will support this in all possible ways. In terms of facilities, we should also mention facilities promised as part of contract(Schedule D) and we purchases/invested in EGV based on same.
