EGV Durga Puja 2014

To All Residents and Owners:

Now that Surekha has approved the Durga Puja in EGV clubhouse its time
we get started with the same. Today morning myself alongwith one of
the local person visited the localities and talked to the pratima
creator, purohits, dhaki etc and got a detailed estimate. Uploaded the
file "EGV Durga Puja 2014 Expenses.xls".

Since we have started our enquiry late and almost all of the pratimas
are booked out (only 2 are remaining) and the creator will not be able
to prepare a new one for us I had the option of these 2 only. Cost
details of pratimas, purohits, necessary items, dhaki, flowers etc are
listed in the excel. We would require your consensus so that the puja
committee can go ahead with this estimate.

Please note that the costs for the following are still under negotiation :
1. Breakfast, lunch, dinner menu and costs during the puja days
2. Mike and Electricity costs (need to look at our EGV lights whether
they can be used)
3. Immersion Costs
2 & 3 will be included in the excel. 1 is seperate (we are planning to
implement coupon system)

Necessary permissions with the police, authorities and opening of bank
ac (individual or puja committee) is currently being worked upon
