Hi all,

I would request  you (the owners who are not willing to pay without OC) to send similar mail to Adrian and marketing dept.

Note: the reason behind providing possession before OC is : some T4/T5 owner is asking for possession ASAP. So I requested him whoever willing to get hand over please provide the same, and there are some owners like me who are willing to wait.

As discussed, I got information today that Tower 4 OC is still pending. Without OC I am not willing to take handover my flat (T4 - 901). This is risky and illegal.

 

I understand from your conversation that, some of T4 and T5 owners in hurry to take possession, that's why you are following this process. 

 

We are also eager to get possession of  our flat but we want to have OC before possession like you did for other towers.( My father is owner of T15 , 1101.)

 

So please inform us about OC then we will go ahead for payment. As discussed it will not be taken as defaulter of payment.
