- Q1 was how Phase 1 & Phase 2 load distribution happens between sub meters. All QC documents in terms of installation of Sub Meters need to be shared with EGV Core Team by 27-May. Based on further analysis ( if needed ), EGV Core team might appoint an Electrical Engineer who will work with Builder's engineer to get all inspections done & certified. ( Mr. Nagpal & Mr. Puri )

Dear Sir,

I had communicated the issue to the maintenance team verbally and to the core team on 18th May by mail. I am sure the matter has been communicated to the appropriate authority.
However the work is still incomplete and I have received the news that the external work of Unit 4 has been almost completed.
I would request you to take suitable action for the repair.

There is huge chunk of area outside of 27th , 28th, 29th floor which needs proper external plastering. As per the experts, this lack of proper plastering and peeling of the paints are causing the damp inside my bedroom in 28th floor during the raining.
The issue was raised to verbally to the maintenance team. The matter was communicated to the core team on 18th May by mail.
Hence I am sure you are aware of the problem and taking suitable action. However I have received the news that the external work of Unit 4 has been almost completed but this problem is yet to be resolved.
In this context, I would request you to look into the matter personally and instruct to take the corrective action.

I would be obliged if a line of confirmation is received from your end.

As per our telephonic discussion today as I have communicated with the project & Simplex( the construction company who are doing the repairing job),those areas which you mentioned will start the rectification work soon by another a week.Basically these areas redo work is done by single rope hanged manpower which are also on process in Block 4 & 5.
We will revert you back immediately after the final rectification work.
