I too have similar thoughts and conveyed the same in our meetings in the past. However, inspire of repeated reminders people overspeed, inviting accident.

Another point we discussed during end of last year about reducing rent of community hall usage by 50%. As per mail communication from your end we thought this is already in effect.
But what we understood from residents that still property manager is charging at elevated original rate for community hall usage.
Kindly clarify.

Can you pls define what is one session?
Are we trying to say INR 5000 is charged for only AC at each session?

Dear Sir,

The charge for 1 session is Rs.5,000/-(without AC) and Rs.10,000/-(with AC).
Specially at winter season residents don't use AC, otherwise if anyone doesn't prefer AC then Rs.5,000/- we charge.
Equally pool side 1 session is also Rs.5,000/-

Thanks for clarification. But what we are trying to understand how have we arrived to this number for AC charges?
Huge amount at the end of the day for a resident who wants to use our own community hall.

Need to ask few things about the tenants because there has been some chaos going on here.

1. The rules which have been made here why does it differ from owner.
2. If tenants are not allowed to say anything. Please Dont tell them too. Tell the owners to talk to them. Tenants are answerable to them not security guards and property manager.
3. What kind of rule is this? No guest for bachelor tenants!!! Are they harassing anyone? If yes please point them who are doing that. We have CCTV all over here. They can be pointed easily.
4. Owners here are flat owners not the whole society owners.
