I am really surprised to receive such mail from a totally unknown person, I dont even know how you are using EGV letterhead and signing as "Authroized Signatory".

It sounds impolite but still better than not following any procedures or protocol. 

Dear Mr Puri/Mr Nagpal, could you pl clarify why we should entertain or take cognizance of such mails from an unrecognized & position-less individual.

In the first place, Mr Nagpal, do you think you should even interfere in the affairs of the association..? I have asked this earlier also..

We have 2 people in EGV Maintenance Team - Mayukh and Diptaman, who are more than enough for the Association to function.

Equally responsible are those owners, who accept you and Mr Puri as the members of the Association.

So, can you please stop meddling in the association and sending any kind of emails..

You can always reach EGVRWA for any guidance / mentoring as an external person without any financial consideration

If it is sent from your end:

(i) Can you please justify that on what basis, you are authorized to use the complex for all your parties..

(ii) Please share details of any permission from the existing residents.

If you or your people have sent this SMS, as requested earlier, please STOP sending any communication to the residents of Elita Garden Vista.
