I'm the owner of Tower 14, Flat 20-02.
The 2nd bedroom window wall is damaged due to water seepage and will need repair.

Dear Owners,

As you all are aware, that the external walls of all blocks are being patch rectified for the damp since February 2016. Most of the external walls are repaired and patch painting work is also done in many of the blocks. However we have received a few complaints from the apartments of the blocks where external rectification work of wall is already completed.

It becomes difficult to rectify the defect for a particular apartment from outside using Gondola/Spiderman each time.

Hence we request all the owners to please let us know if any seepage is observed from the external walls of the block within 14.01.2017 to enable us rectify the defect together in a particular block.

Either you are not aware of the meaning of English words or do not have the understanding of how to write official mails.

What do you mean by " contractor involved in this rectification work can not be expected to continue with this rectification till eternity, just because certain owners are not staying in the flats or have no intention of doing so, having purchased these flats for investment purposes". 

Pl understand that this is not a personal mail to a friend but an official mail on behalf of Builders
​ to owners of EGV. Pl be factual in your writings without bringing in your frustrations for whatever reason.​

The time limit to revert on the subject up to 9th March 2017 has been given as the  contractor involved in this rectification work can not be expected to continue with this rectification till eternity, just because certain owners are not staying in the flats or have no intention of doing so, having purchased these flats for investment purposes. 

I trust I have clarified the position and regret the inconvenience caused to any owner through my mail having being misunderstood.

Dear Mr.  Debojyoti,

 

Please find enclosed the complaint sheet which was handed over to you at the time of taking possession.

 

Subsequently you had informed that the issues were resolved and I have checked the same and apparently it was found OK.

 

However yesterday, I have found that the Complain No 9 i.e. Bathtub cracking issue were actually concealed by putting some paints / synthetic materials.  The issue could not be detected as we are yet to occupy the flat.

 

I feel this is tantamount to deceiving.

 

Please take suitable action for rectification.
