Recommending Zenify

Renting out your apartment is more taxing than it seems. It seems like a good idea at first, after which begin the hassles of finding the right tenant, screening them, following up with them constantly regarding documentation, ensuring that the repair work is done and that the house is ready, and then constantly keeping in touch with them to check on the condition of the apartment and then renewing the paperwork. It’s a great idea in theory, but a lot of work when it comes to doing it on your own.

 

That’s when I came across Zenify (www.zenify.in/owner) who, I heard, offer end-to-end apartment management. What did that imply? Basically everything- right from signing an agreement, finding tenants, screening them and also managing the apartment! In addition, Zenify also deposits a month’s rent as soon as the agreement is signed. This takes away a huge responsibility from the house owners.

Zenify also comes with a background of credibility, and is vouched for by many old and existing customers. This makes trusting them a lot easier! And ever since I handed over my property management to Zenify, I don’t have to worry about tenants, attend their calls or cater to any of their requirements. My property is in good hands.
