Familiarity with :
- Core Java, AJAX/JavaScript, Java servlet containers (Tomcat,
Jetty configuration and programming),
- J2EE Programming
- Spring MVC,
- Data modeling
- Hibernate ORM,
- SQL Programming,
- Agile methodologies
- JSON, XML and DOM
- Framework (JQuery, Dojo, GWT, etc.)
- Developing web UI components using HTML, X/DHTML, CSS,JavaScript
- Public key infrastructure (PKI), SSH implementation and SSL
sessions
- Database designs in popular commercial products (MS SQL, Oracle,
MySQL, Postgre SQL, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Groovy and Grails will be a plus
- Sun Certified Professional Program such as : Java Programmer /
Developer, Web Component Developer, Web Service Developer will be an
advantage
