I am not certain about "activation form" which I need to bring to the meeting. I have asked about it to our head sir and other students. But we all are in same situation. Could you please describe this to make us clear?

Dear Scholars

 

Those who are scheduled to leave Dhaka on 24th for Bradford, Pls come to the Dept on the above mentioned date. Also Pls bring the Guarantee form (Bond statement) signed by your guardians on 150Tk Stamp paper. Ferdous already has uploaded a sample of it. Also bring the photocopy of your national ID card. Submit a scanned version of your passport and visa as well on that day. Pls submit a copy of activation form.

Also Pls bring the Guarantee form signed by your guardians on 150Tk Stamp paper. Also bring the photocopy of your national ID card in paper. Submit a scanned version of your passport and visa as well on that day. Pls submit a copy of activation form.
