Trust you are doing fine and busy.

I'm writing this email on behalf of four masters students :

As our session changed to Jan/Feb, we may need new offer letter, scholarship letter, and CAS , though we received for September session(offer letter,scholarship letter).

It would be better if we received all documents early say, by November, then we can process for VISA smoothly.

We believe you can take necessary action so that we can get aforesaid documents early and start processing for VISA without any hurdle.
