Q: Did you think about integrating CrossCheck and CrossMark into the workflow? 

Yes and No. We ensured that the system can be extended to integrate with these kinds of services, but we also decided to constrain the feature set as much as we could in order to get to launch as quickly as we could, so we designed to allow the system to integrate, while at the same time explicitly not integrating.
