ssh-agent troubleshooting

A frequent source of problems in using Vagrant machine with builder for trying out Continuum projects locally is ssh-agent. The net result is authentication problems towards Github.

We now have a small guide[1] to troubleshooting this issue. Feel free to integrate or open PRs.
