Knowledge Centre (Library) Of ARAI has a collection of more than 13000 books and standards. Books on various Automotive engineering topics like aerodynamics, electronics, emission, Brakes, fatigue, safety etc. And national & international standards like IS, ISO, DIN, BS, ASTM etc.; technical reports and seminar/conference Proceedings such as SAE, IME, FISITA, SIAT are available. Knowledge Centre is also subscribing 38 national and International journals like automotive engineering, International Journal of Vehicle Design, International Journal of Vehicle Noise and Vibration etc. The Knowledge Centre has automated all the services using the Library Software. Ø Knowledge Centre (Library) Membership
Knowledge Centre of ARAI Offers an annual membership for reference to educational and research Institutes, students and professional from automotive field. Fees are as follows (inclusive of Service Tax).
i) Company Membership Rs.5,000/- (3 membership cards per annum)
ii) Educational / Research Institute membership Rs.3,000/- (3 membership cards per Annum)
iii) Individual Membership Rs.2,000/- (1 Membership card per annum)
Automotive Abstracts
Automotive Abstracts, a monthly publication of the ARAI, offers the most comprehensive service to the Automotive industry in India. Abstracts of articles published in most of the leading Journals/Periodicals on automotive technology and International Symposium such as IMechE, FISITA, ISATA, SIAT etc. are included in our publication. It includes Autonews, Technoscan, IPR scan, Forthcoming Events etc.
Subscription period of our monthly publication is fixed i.e. April to March (11 Printed issues and December Index Issue is in CD format).
The annual subscription rate for Automotive Abstracts for the subscription period April to March is Rs. 2500/- for print + e-version (for Inland) and US $ 90 for e-version (for Foreign).
