my salary consolidate amount Rs.12,500/-

my qualification M.Lisc,M.A., (P.hD)

my problem is in 2 postgraduations compleated 59%

so they wont give scales it is true

Dear Professionals,

see dear, the qualificaton, pay scale work criteria and supporting staff, all this things are depend upon the management or trustee. How their policy is, how the trust is stable etc. My trust is giving me full scale as per AICTE Norms. But we should know all the norms of AICTE and try to convinence the principal as well management for providing the same. 

Any way, could you tell me that in NBA Accreditaion rules, what they are demanding as concern the library of engineering college. Is there any rules for recruitment of staff ? I have heard that if there is access staff or less staff, they give remarks. If someone have take the accreditation of NBA, plz. guide me in this regard. Plz. also tell the other factor of library through which we can improve ourselves as well library.

Dear Madhavi K the percentage u score in ur education qualification (59%) does not matter to give u the scale

Is ur inst is pvt., if yes then they never give u any scale or its depends on the management If they wish then they give u the scale but u should try at ur end to getting the scale
