Sonrasında, bölgesel güç olma iddiasındaki İran, Türkiye'nin hedefi olur. Türkiye'nin Ermenistan'la savaşı sırasındaki müttefiki Azerbaycan'ın da desteğiyle İran mağlup edilir. 'Türk Birliği' hedefi önündeki en büyük engel artık yalnızca Rusya'dır. İki çetin cevizin çarpışmasına, Türkiye tarafında Azerbaycan ve Orta Asya devletleri de katılır; Rusya yenilmiştir.

Türk birliği önündeki bu en büyük engelin ortadan kalkmasıyla, Türkiye önderliğinde Turan İmparatorluğu yani Türk Cumhuriyetler Birliği kurulur. Birliğin üyeleri; Türkiye, Azerbaycan, Kazakistan, Özbekistan, Türkmenistan, Kırgızistan ve Tacikistan'dır. Bu birliğin tek eksik halkası ise Çin işgali altındaki Doğu Türkistan'dır

Tarih boyunca mertlikleri ve dürüstlükleri ile tanınan, zulüm ve adaletsizlikten uzak karakteriyle düşmanlarının bile takdirini kazanan Türk toplumunun, zincirlerini kırıp yeniden dirilişinin hikayesi Turan İmparatorluğu / Türk Cumhuriyetler Birliği..
