٣٠ اغسطس ٢٠٢٣. رفضت شرطة الاجراءات الجنائية بعطبرة تنفيذ قرار النيابة بشطب البلاغ والاجراءات التي تم بموجبها القاء القبض على محمد ادم (توباك) والافراج عنه بشكل فوري، وهو القرار الذي صدر منذ ٢٨ اغسطس ٢٠٢٣. و تستمر شرطة مدينة عطبرة حاليا في حبسه واعتقاله بدون اي مسوغ قانوني وبشكل غير مشروع.

30 August 2023. The Criminal Procedures Police in Atbara refused to carry out the prosecution's decision to dismiss the report and the associated procedures related to the arrest of activist Muhammad Adam (Tupac) and to release him without delay. This decision was made since August 28, 2023. The Atbara city police are currently detaining and apprehending Tubac in a manner that is unlawful and lacking any legal justification.
