هالة ابوزيد، التأريخ لا ينسى:

     

          لقد ظلت ذاكرة الشعب السودانى ولازمنة طويلة ذاكرة متسامحة مع كل من اجرمو فى حقها، تراعىالاعتبارات الشخصيه والاسرية فى الاطار الضيق وتضعها فوق المصلحة العامة والجماعية،لكن لابد لهذة الذاكرة ان تتعلم مبدأ المحاسبة والعداله الانتقاليه حتى لا تضيع المصلحة العامة ...

         لا نقاش فى سيرة هالة ابوزيد العطرة فى المجال الاكاديمى ،لكن الموقف الذى اتخذته ابان اضراب اطباء السودان فى العام 2010 جدير بان يضع بعين الاعتبار،فلا يختلف جاهلان دعك من عاقلان بتدهور الوضع الصحى بالسودان بل الانهيار التام لهذا القطاع ،فسوء الخدمة العلاجية المقدمة للمواطن و التدهور المريع ايضا الذى لحق باوضاع العاملين فى الحقل الطبى من تدريب الى اجور وماشابه من حقوق، كانت كل هذه دوافع لحراك اطباء السودان وقد سبق  هذا الحراك عدة وقفات من قبل العاملين بالقطاع الطبى وسالت دونها دماء ودونك شهيدنا الدكتور /على فضل ..

        ما قامت به د/ هاله ابوزيد من موقف مضاد لابناء جلدتها ومهنتها ابان اضرابهم لانتزاع حقوقهم عبر وسيله مشروعه كفلها الصراع المدنى ،كان موقفا مخجلا من طبيب له كل هذه المؤهلات الاكاديميه والسيرة الحسنة التى ذكرت ،ففى تلك الايام تم الاعتداء على الاطباء والطبيبات داخل مستشفى الخرطوم من قبل قوات النظام واعتقل عدد من الاطباء من قيادات لجنة الاضراب ود/ هالة كانت فى صف المعتدى وسالب حقوقنا، لا اوصمها باى لون سياسى  لكنها وقفت ضد المصلحة الجماعية وهذا وصمه عار فى حد ذاتها .

       وفيما ذُكر ايضا انها بدبلوماسيتها جعلت السعوديين يعترفون بشهادة مجلس التخصصات السودانى ،ولكن الم يكن هناك اطباء من حمله هذة الشهادة يعملون فى المملكه العربية السعوديه قبل ان تدرس د/ هاله الطب .

      اولم تكن د/ هالة نفسها بتبعات الفوضى فى القطاع الطبى فى السودان تشرف على برنامج تدريب  اطباء الطوارئ وهى فى فى الاصل متخصصه فى طب الحالات الحرجة!!!!! رغم السودان به عدد من الاطباء الذين تخصصوا بطب الطوارئ،،لكنه  سودان الاعتبارات الشخصية والاسرية وام كلثوم.

I have never come across anything more rediculous than this, no one is bullying any one, all we asked for is for the matter to be put to rest, and that people turn their attention to matters of more significanc to us, and more benifit to our profession and country.
Seniority had never been an issue that drove our suggestions through out these discussions, it has always been our mere professional manners that are supposed to ascend above political affiliations, and ideological views.
As much as others have the right to continue expressing their views and decline calls to put an end to the matter, I have the right to feel sick and tired of seeing a doctor, - whom I have never met, or knew before these recent exchanges - being dissected by her colleagues. I equally have the right to call for and end to a show I consider is ugly. So, lets move on and stop wasting time, such a call can not be labelled as bullying or harassment, so please choose your words carefuly before attaching labels onto your colleagues.

Dear Dr Sidahmed

Let me start by saying that I’m like you, have never known or met Dr Abuzaid. The simple point I’m trying to get across is: she used to be a public servant, it’s only natural that she is going to be criticized. Many doctors are extremely critical of what she has done during her time in the public sector in Sudan, especially during the strike. I read all the contributions in this forum criticizing Dr Abzaid, I can’t find a single inappropriate word  

In this forum, members should be allowed to express their opinions in any issue without being told repeatedly not to do so, or that this particular topic is not important. Certainly, learning from recent history and holding public servants accountable to their terrible actions is important to some of us. Obviously, you are free to tell contributors not write in things you don’t want to read, or you can even delete those emails

I won’t respond to you calling me ridiculous (that won’t make you less of a bully!), not because I can’t, but because I’m keen on the level of language used here

Dear Yasir
I believe this is slipping into a terrain that neither I nor others would like to descend into. First I did not call you ridiculous. I called the accusation was ridiculous because it is. If there is any accountability let those who have held the  power for the past quarter of a century stand accountable for their crimes. My very first objection was about  the manner in which the whole matter was handled and managed. My view from the outset, as is now, is that the elected committee is the body that bets speakers, invites them and honours or dishonours them, not the floor, and certainly not with the kind of publicity we have seen. I am not trying to gag people, and prevent them express their views, but what does the cause gain by repeating what people already know. My own view is that what we are entering in our struggle is a new stage, the regime is exposed and we need no more exposures, what we need is actions and not words.
I consider this matter closed from my end, just as Baraka rested his case, I retire mine

والله يا عثمان كتبت، وبينت وانصفت، فلا فض فوك، ولا شلت يمينك (او شمالك لو كنت اشول)
وهكذا فليكون الطبيب فانه ليس من شيمة الطبيب أن يعيب زميله ويفضحه، حتي وإن أخطأ فالاجدر الحديث الي الزميل، والاستماع لما يقوله ليبرر به موقفه وافعاله، بعدها ابداء الرأي المخالف، وتقديم النصح ثم اما اتفق معه او خالفه، لكن يبقي الود، وتظل الزمالة
في رأي أن ما يحدث في العيادات والمستشفيات الخاصه في السودان اسوأ من أن يوصف بالكلمات، هو اجرام منظم، وجهل بابسط قواعد الممارسة الطبية، وفقدان لاساسيات الاخلاق والمواضعات  التي اتفق عليها الاطباء ومارسوها منذ ان عرف الانسان الطبابة والتطبيب. رغم ذلك لا نجد له نقداً من الزملاء الاطباء، حتي بعد ان نشرت مقالات الاستاذ كمال. تجاهل الاطباء ما هو اهم و الصق بصحة المواطن، وسلامته  وحياته من اخذ ماله، والستهتار بسلامته وحياته، وحتي خداعه بعمل فحوصات وعمليات لا يحتاج اليها وليس لها ما يبررها. ايهما اهم، هذا الذي ذكرت، أم من هذا الذي ظل يردده الزملاء رغم دعوتنا الي الكف عنه، ورغم ابانة الطبيبة هالة لموقفها من تلك الاحداث. ويبدو لي اننا نكاد ان نمارس ذات التوجه الذي نعيبه علي الاسلامويين، أي إما أن تكون معنا قلباً وقالباً، وفي كل قراراتنا وممارساتنا، والا فانت خائن للقضية. ليت احداً يبين لي ما هي القضية! هل نتوقع ان اضراباً يشمل الاطباء سينجح في اسقاط نظام عسكري بوليسي كنظام الافساد والفساد الذي ظل جاثماً علي صدر وطننا وجفف اثداءه، وايبس زرعه وضرعه؟ لا اظن، ومن الاجدي إن ننسي دور الاطباء في انتفاضة ابريل، فتلك كانت فلتة، بل كانت فلتة ضالة اذا مهدت لمجئ هذا النظام، وجميعنا يعرف الاسباب وراء فشل الانتفاضة، ومنذ اول ايامها بالنظر الي مجلس وزرائها. وها هي الاحزاب ال ٨٥ التي تكاثرت كما تتكاثر الجراثيم قد جليت للتفاوض وتقاسم ما بقي من جثة الوطن، ناسين الضحايا الذين عذبوا وقتلوا في بيوت الاشباح، وناسين حروب الابادة، وما فقد فيها من الشباب، وناسين او متناسين الاختلاسات التي سببت انهيار الاقتصاد، وتردي العملة الوطنية، وخراب المشاريع والمؤسسات والغلاء المريع في تكلفة المعيشة.
استشهدت انت ببيتي الهادي آدم، وانا تحضرني ابيات التجاني يوسف بشير (شاعري المفضل) عليه رحمة الله، حين برز نجمه متفرداً في المعهد، وفي المجتمع الامدرماني في عشرينات القرن الماضي، فاحاط به حسد زملائه في معهد امدرمان العلمي، وأتهم بالكفر لأنه قال إن الفرق بين شعر شوقي وشعر حافظ، كالفرق بين القرآن وأي كتاب آخر، فاستجوبه الشيوخ المعممين، وفصل من المعهد فكتب قصيدته 'المعهد العلمي' ومنها
ما زلت اكبر في الشباب وأغتدي ٠٠٠ واروح بين بخ ويا مرحي
حتي رُميت ولست اول كوكب ٠٠٠ نفث الزمان عليه فضل شهابه
قالوا وارجفت النفوس واوجفت ٠٠٠ هلعاً وهاج وماج قسور غابه
كفر ابن يوسف من شقي واعتي ٠٠٠ وبغي ولست بعابئ أو آبه
قالوا اقتلوه، بل اصلبوه، بل انسفوا ٠٠٠ للريح ناجس عظمه واهابه

الموضوع مش الناس قالت تقفلوا وتخلص عليهو لانو ولانو 

طيب شنو  شغالين انو دا اغتيال شخصية وكلام خارج صياغ الاحداث الحصلت 

بعيد عن الطبيبة موضوع البوست في حاجات بالدارجي نقولها 

ما من حق اي شخص يقدم صفح او تنازل انابة عن اطباء وطبيبات تعرضوا ومضايقات لظروف معينة في فترة معينة 

من نظام بيستخدم اي فرصة لطحن المعارضين ليهو في عمل نقابي او غيروا 

مثلي مثل كثيرين لم يلتقوا بالطبيبة في الحدث المذكور ولكن كان في لجنة واعية جدا وشباب موجودين بكتبوا وبوثقوا فيها  

الطرح لموضوع عام لا علاقة ليهو بالخاص بتاع اي طبيب كان داعم لحركة الاطباء محايد او ضدها 

من اساسيات العمل القامت بيهو اللجنة في الفترة المعينة هو شفافية ومحاسبة ومنبر مفتوح كان من الممكن ودون تكبر لاي شخص تعرض لاتهام او رصدت ضدا معلومة غلط انو يطرحها هناك 

دا بزيد من احترام الناس للشخص وزي ما حصل في بقاع السودان في كثيرين من الاضرابات الفاتت تمت مقاطعات اجتماعية او كتبت بيانات توضح من كان (معي ومن كان ضدي) عندها حضر كثيرين ووضحوا وجهة نظرهم وموقفهم دون تكبر علي حركة جموع الاطباء وزاد احترام الناس ليهم 

وهي وقائع ولا خطا فيها 

والامر كان من منطلق زمالة بحتة 

بما فيهم الكيزان الناس ما حاسبتهم بانهم كيزان لكن حاسبت موقفهم من الاضراب .......

 فاصل دا ما عنده علاقة بالطبيبة عشان ما واحد يقول لينا انت بتقتالوا في شخصية دا بخص الواقع المعني في الفترة ديك 

الان الموضوع طرح في فعاليات نقابة 

بانها بتمثلهم ودعمتهم هو طرح عام بعيدا عن الخاص 

انا في راي الزملاء البجيبوا الخاص والتاريخ بتاع الطبيبة هم بعرضوها اكتر من دعمها 

النقطة الواضحة

 انو رفضت للوقائع من جانبها  

 تم توضيحها من صاحبة الحق ردوا الشباب الموجودين في الوقت دا عن الاحداث والتأريخ الموثق
