Branding project

I have a client who is looking to get an estimate of the total cost to launch a product. He has a proposal from a California company, but would prefer local services if we can provide similar services, perhaps with multiple companies.
The existing proposal is pretty comprehensive. It covers branding, creating of branded social profiles, website design, mobile, social strategy (journalists, bloggers, forums, etc), content strategy, outreach on social media and major media, and ongoing brand management.
Would anyone be interested in covering a part of this? What would you need to provide an estimate?
