I hate to let everyone down but I did come down with an minor infection with this procedure which has left me very weak.  I am being well cared for and think I'm on the upward trend with help of antibiotics.  I don't know if I'll have the energy to sing and be in the loft.  I should be there.  We will also need to look at what to sing.

Look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow.

We will continue to work on River in Judea and a lovely piece that Fritzi picked out.  My voice is still in question, but I will be coming and it is healing.  Also, the service this Sunday is going to be a formal one with Pastor in robes.  I would like to see us robe up and in the loft.  This looks better when we have more people.  Send me an email and let me know if you can be there on Sunday.

Side note, along with my voice troubles, I am also having a medical procedure on Friday to look into the pain I continue to have from the Spring 2016 issues.  I have had this procedure done many times and usually am just fine come Sunday, but I have had issues in the past as well.  But I wanted to you know, just in case.  So, you guys may be robing up and loft sitting without me.  But I will do everything to be there if I can.

Choir,
What a fabulous job on Sunday!!!  It sounded so good and having you guys in the loft was wonderful for our Saint's Day.

Good news for today:  My voice has returned and I should be able to sing on Sunday.  I am starting to recover from my procedure, but am now experiencing Jaundice and continued mild weakness/tiredness.

Bad news:  Keith is out of town and I will not have the energy to rehearse tonight.  Also, John is feeling under the weather, so I am recommending that we cancel.  And we will take next Sunday off, with the goal of singing Turn, Turn the next Sunday.

Hope you all have a great Wednesday!

Julie

Choir,
We are rehearsing tonight.  We need to polish up Turn Turn turn for Sunday.  Plus we need to make a decision as to what we are singing at the Thanksgiving service on Sunday.  My voice is back and we could do "I Believe" OR we could just do Turn turn turn.  I need you all there to help us make this decision.

Also, I need a head count for Sunday evening.  If we don't have enough, obviously we cannot perform.  Please let me know if you can be there on Sunday evening.  The service will be at First Baptist Church at 6:30.  It's always a lovely service, as all of the churches come together.
