i agree with dhrup-man
main thing we need is to offer plugins with an other licence model
than GPL
, to make money with plugins
that's all
we need no payment portal, payment should be managed by the developer
and this must be discussed in consensus with elgg foundation and could
be started on dhrup-man's server
to offer a mirror of the gpl-plugins is not a good idea
because the customer or community member cannot see who has the
competence in offering plugins
