PORTAL issue - Giving Tab is missing for a user.

We have just had a user report that the Giving tab is not showing up when he logs into the portal. The rest to the tabs are showing up fine.

We are not yet using the new responsive portal as our current website is not responsive. I have the portal embedded on a page of our website. https://www.firstcolonychurch.org/member-guest-login/ the page is SSL.

When I test it with myself and my test user I do not have an issue. All the tabs show up fine.

I am inclined to tell him that it is either a browser version issue or it is because he is at work behind a firewall that may be blocking SSL pages. He says he can see the GeoTrust badge on the page so I am at a loss.

We figured this out with Elexio Support's help! The person did not have his family position set. When we set it as Household Head, all works as intended. The giving tab is intended to show only for users whose family position is either Household Head or Spouse of Head.
