Incentives for encouraging Portal/Mobile participation

Have any of you developed a plan to provide incentives to people who create their Portal/Mobile profiles and use these tools? If so, tell us about it! Thanks!

Mobile Check-in was huge for driving adoption rates. We just did a congregational survey covering info/comm. preferences/challenges/ministry opportunities, and one thing on there was a question "Did you know you can update your communication preferences through your portal account?" They could say yes, no, or "I want to find out how to do this." I've got a stack of people who want to get set up.
