Marsha,
If I understand correctly, you're looking for a tool that would automatically notify you if an email address, phone number, or email is missing or is not good/incorrect? If so, there's not currently a tool that would do this. That said, here are a few suggestions that might prove helpful:
- You could run a report weekly/monthly, etc. that searches for people in any given status, or recently added, that don't have an email, phone, address, etc. Ex: If you make this part of your 'double check' process after entering new visitors, it should catch anyone for which you may have failed to input certain information. A new Custom Search (CS) or "People List - FCR3101.0" may be great report options to use to easily garner this information.
- There's not a tool that checks phone numbers or emails to see if they're not valid, no longer in use, etc. That said, after you send a mass email, you can see a list of errors and the error returned. If any error shows "mailbox does not exist" or something similar, you could manually go to that person's profile and make a note/follow up request to contact them to get their updated information.
I'm sure others might have some ideas too, but hopefully those provide some initial direction.
Tom
