How can I add "Assistant" under the involved as? Tab

I am trying to segment the department leaders from their assistants.  Is there a way to add that title?

In Administration -> Codes.

In the drop down select either Ministry Team Involvement Levels or Small Group Involvement Levels. (depending on which you're using)

Then common tasks -> add a new lookup code.
