hi guys!
i m giving this update to all of u as i read the mail of
mr.kaul yesterday.i don't know what sources he come to know about
theholding of the project but the fact is here given below n verified
by myself in greater nod. auth.-

me n myhusband went to
solaris office in feb.10th, MR. VISHWANATH (project caretaker)said -

"WE HAVE SUBMITTED OUR FILE TO THE AUTHORITY AND THE GOOD PART IS
MARKING HAS BEEN DONE FOR OUR PLOT BY THE AUTHORITY.SO THIS IS THE
PROGESS IN OUR PROJECT.AND WITHIN A WEEK W R EXPECTING TO GET THE
REGISTRY DONE.NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT."

after passing feb n even march we went to authorityto verify the
actual position n u know what to my surprise.
authority people said-
SOLARIS OWNER R NOT SINCERE TO GET IT DONE. WE ALWAYS SAID THEM TO GET
REGISTERED IT. BUT IT SEEMS THEY R NOT INTERESTED AT ALL.IF THEY COME
TODAY WE WILL DO IT TODAY ITSELF.BUT WHERE R THEY?
N WE DON'T HAVE ANY FILE PENDING BECOZ FILE KABHI AAYI HI NAHI N
MARKING KA TO SAWAL HI NAHI .WITHOUT REGISTRY HOW CAN THE MARKING
DONE?
i called up to mr. vishwanath from there n asked about it. he said mam
abhi to file authority me pending hai we r waiting.when i said i m
sitting here no file has come.he seemed shocked n he was nervous n
said i'll call u when my boss mr. yadav will come he is not here.

SOLARIS PEOPLE R COMPLETELY LYING HOW COULD THEY SAY ABOUT MARKING N
FILE PENDING IF NOTHING IS TRUE. IT'S CLEAR THEY R DOING FRAUD WITH US
N HAS ILL INTENTION TO HOLD OUR HARDEARNED MONEY. WE HAVE TO BE
UNITED.N MUST TAKE SOME LEGAL STEPS.

Hope you would have gone through my mail properly
 
I once again convey that Registry is not done at all
There is no approach Road
The Road which we see is not approach Road as GN Authorities have to make  approac road as per plan and based upon legalities and other norms which Authorities and Builders must be knowing.
So what wrong communication have i said.
 
Now the shocking part is that you never shared this information before and i as a member have no right to ask you why but you yourself now seem to be uneasy with the situation and hence shared such information which should have been shared in February Month itself and definetly we all could have planned accordingly. Still thanks for sharing atleast when various members are planning to meet the concerned on 23rd so that they can speak accordingly.

hi praveen!
sorry if i hurt in any terms but i had no intentions to
prove u wrong in any way i just conveyed that authority people has not
hold the file as it has never sent to them so problem is with our
builder's group itself .even mr.cyadev who is a builder's group has
confessed himself that onecof his member has some issue with them so
they cannot forward the file to the authority.so i m saying that
builder should resovle their issue as soon as possible n for that we
put some pressure on that .i read u all r planning tomeet the builder
so i wanted to get u all know about the facts of marking n file
pending .so thatu can ask for clarification fro the builder side .why
they were lying?
that'sit. i hope now u get my point n again im sorry but i didn't
point out my finger to u or to anybody else except the solaris
group.mu husband is in chennai otherwise we also would join u .

This is absolutely correct. File is not in Authority, why authority not do the registry if they are getting the registry money. I believe the part left which has to be paid to gov, until that is done.registry will not happen.

Guys, this is a serious offence in my view if it is true because they are making fool of us from last 1 year and still not sincere with their project and now i m doubtful about all their plans like layout change, basement parking, may be these are excuses just to put more delays on d front. They may carry on with this if we have not raised it. My opinion is that we should file an RTI this time to know the exact status, lets discuss it in saturday meeting. My appeal to everone, please turn up this saturday since its going to be very important now.

I agree with Ashish. If we won't get any consolidated answer from
Builder this time then we can go for RTI and legel way to know the
exact casue of delay.

Hi Guys,

Builder is making us fool by telling a new story every time .. Everytime we approach them one by one and they succeed to convince us..

There is definitely something wrong which they are hiding with us ... Authority never have problem to do registry if party is interested for it ..

We all need to meet and get answers from them ... It is possible that we may not be able to meet owner of eleven group on staurday , but we can put pressure on them to meet us to clear the stand ..

If they had enough fund , they would not have sold the chunks of land to other developers .. I am not sure if dispute with Rajnigadha builder is still there and some case might be in court.

As Ashish (Bansal) has mentioned , please gather at 12:30 PM at builder office and we will decide next course of action based on mutual consent.

I am new to this group so please don’t expect that I have much idea about you guys and about your earlier discussion.

I have invested in Unibera H++.

You guys are really going good and we really needs to meet the builder, I lives in Hapur which is around 60 kms from Noida I will surely try to come on Sat.

I have searched internet about the cases and found that "M/S RAJPUT PROPERTIES and DEVELOPERS PVT LTD" has filed cases in Delhi high court and in Allahabad high Court. Below are links:

Although "M/S ALPINE TOWNSHIP PVT LTD" is in strong position but it seems that they are running out of funds. As they need to arrange for those funds as well, which were expected to come from Rajput Properties.

Registry is not getting done due to approach road is totally false. Authority cannot hold registry due to this reason.

Filing RTI is also a good option and I would recommend that if some guys lives near to GNDA office the he should go to office and file the RTI also don’t forgot to take a receiving (with seal, only sign of officer will not do).

We can also involve media as well, (if required). but we will go for media from next meeting (if all think so).

You need not to worry about the builder. They can eat our money but cannot digest :)
