Meeting had with Nr Mritunjay and also one more Director was present.

Seen the papers as submitted to authorities with acknowledgement 

Now within one week they will recieve check list which in turn will be completed within a day or two as they are ready with one crore stamp duty and plan layout and after its approval Map will be submitted for feasibility of keeping Villas or converting them to Flats as this is in the hands of Authority as Density has been raised from 500 to 750 and besides SC guidelines now it is mandatory to have two parkings with one villa/flat.

As on date they are pushing for retaining some 140 as villas and balance as flats

Their internal matter/dispute or whatever was there has amicably been resolved.

Within next 10 days they may be sending letters to all buyers with future line of action along with all necessary formalities and confirmation of Registration and also Next demand etc.

Meeting was also attended by 5 members including me.

If everything falls in line as per schedule then by June latest even Banks will be nominated.

REST AFTER TODAYS MEETING I URGE ALL MEMBERS TO BE PATITENT AND GIVE SOME BREATHING TIME TO BUILDER BESIDES THERE ALWAYS ARE UNFORSEEN DELAYS AT SOME POINTS SO WE SHOULD BE PATITENT.

I doubt builder's claim about this . Why authority will have a problem whether buider want to make Villas or flats ?  It is a sole decision by builders . Authority will just ensure that villas / flats are constructed as per rules and regulations.

Any other member , please throw some lights on this ...

Thanks Praveen ji and Ashish ji for sharing updates/views. And seriously this is a news that we are expecting construction to start from June and yet uncertain whether we will get Villas or Flats.

 

As Ashish Dixit ji said, Authority should not have any issues in having villas or flats and it entirely depends on builders eg. Amarpali Leisure in the same region and in the last stage of completion but yes benefit of increased FAR by authority can not be taken in case of Villas by builders and that is the reason why some of the villas project (Ajnara Le Garden) were scrapped by builders.

 

But I still have faith on Mritunjay Ji's words and hope that we all will get our villas in time. More views are welcome though.

Thank you for the support.

 

1) The booking of Villa in project Eleven Acacia, at Greater Noida, on February 23^rd 2011, and 7^th March 2011, was through Investors-Clinic Office at Noida.

 2)  We had registered a request to refund the booking fee of Indian Rupees Rs 3,38,310(Three lakhs thirty eight thousand three hundered and ten), by sending letters by post, email since May/June 2012.

3) A complaint ID was allotted and on 14th July 2012, there was an
open discussion at Investors Clinic office, with the concerned department, in which it was decided that the refund process would be complete in 3 weeks, by the Eleven group builders.

4) There has been no intimation by the Investors Clinic authorities or the Eleven group authorities about the refund of the booking fee, since then.

5) With this platform, we hope that the Eleven group builders, rightfully, return the booking fee for the Villa at the earliest.

6) The case has been pending for too long, kindly resolve the matter ASAP.

Now though some  builders are progressing in their project, yours is hanging as it is. We all are anxiously awaiting the true picture. This should please be with some clear road map. One of my relative called Mr. Mrityunjay about proceedings of the villas, he said he is not looking after the villas and gave the number of Mr. Manish, saying that he is the owner and also he is taking care of all the villas.

 

After talking to Mr. Manish, we noticed that he is forcing to take flats instead of villas, saying 30 members already opted for the same.

 

Guys we need to meet on a serious note to protect the villas.

Also flats were available @ 1800 / sq ft at the time of booking of villas.There is no reason accepting the offer of flats instead of villas.

 

Please update if any of you also face same problem.
