Dear All,
Today, I received a call from Investor Clinic asking to cancel my booking and get refund of the amount invested (Without Interest).
On further enquiry, it was told that they had received directions from Solaris Builders to ask customers to get their bookings cancelled.
Do we have an update what is going on behind the scenes?

As per our last meeting we have clearly mentioned in details of our all points regarding our project . We have already approached to the authority regarding our dues and formalities . Hope we shall get information on coming Monday . Our company is already detailed the area to our Architect for planning under the guidelines of Authority by laws . Hope in coming few days we shall get all detailed information . Don't believe in rumours our company full fill all commitments , we all here to serve you but due to some less of communication in our parts created confusion . Now we are trying our level best to complete all formalities within week and get your trust and faith . Local farmers everyday creating some problem on land and not allowed us to make boundary wall because some parts of our land / khasra under dispute due to farmers not taken his land compensation from authority . Authority is telling that he had already paid the dues but ADM( L&A)
denied so we filled the complaint in authority and land department . Hope within few days we shall also get some relief on this parts .we understand the pain of delay but we shall assure all of you that everything will be sort out in next week after that we shall sit together and try to finalise the all issue on same day for betterment of project .
Kindly cooperate us, our company is still committed to deliver the project within time frame .

I went to meet SSP sir in evening to appraise him on the matter however when I spoke to some of the persons each had different version. I also met the SHO and since CO was occupied in some other activity, I will meet him later.
The administration is keeping a close watch on us and I can guarantee that they have become extra vigilant post Muzzafarnagar episode.
Just for the benefit for everyone let me make it very clear that I am a citizen of this country first and then a supposed villa owner. Hence my loyalty would be towards government and administration. I need to appraise him and other senior administration executives to avoid any untoward incident.
