The update as on today is as below:
 
1) The Registry is under hold as approach Road to the Project has now been sanctioned by Greater Noida Authorities and the laying of road & the process / procedure has been initiated by Greater Noida Authorities and will take atleast a month for this as they will be floating tenders etc as per usual practice.
 
2) Upon Completion of Approach Road the Registry will be formulated.
 
3) Yes it is true around 150 Villas are being removed as these wre supposed to be sold in next phase but owing to high cost now these villas have been scrapped and High Rise Building is being proposed to recover cost of additional Money paid to Authorities account Farmers.
 
4)There may be basement parking for few units in case need may be owing to some space constraints but still they are avoiding that, and it will be clear once Registry is done and they will share the new allotment plan layout with us.
 
5) Our Units are intact and there is no change to allotment but yes there is change of Plan of Allotment as now the plan has changed and as per new plan the Villas will be alloted as per PLC conditions of original Villa Holders and so on.
 
6) By May end this process will be complete and yes they will intimate all buyers regarding the new plan layout.
 
7) By June we need to pay 10% more for getting our Builder Agreement and Allotment letter.
 
8) Yes they are finalsing banks for loan and likely HDFC and Axis Bank will be the bankers who will provide loan.
 
This may please be verified at your end as i don't have any authority to claim correctness of said details which though are realistic.

Dear Koul,

Thanks for sharing detailed info. However, i am of view that we should meet Builder on Saturday (as per plan) to ensure:

(1) Signing of Sale agreement ASAP,
(2) That no Parking is built under ant of Villa. This is very important as otherwise there is no use of owning a Villa.

Meeting with Builder will also show them our strength and will deter from doing any such type of thing.

I hope you remember as I had requested in month of February for similar type of action plan with details except 3 members none came forward and accordingly I informed that I will be doing my bit myself and have shared accordingly and now three quiries to my mail which I recieved and the reply is as below:
1) source is realistic and to be verified by evey member and since you will be meeting builder on Saturday maybe you may get more clarity.
2) I will be the luckiest person to have basement parking which the builder is avoiding by themselves as it involves huge cost.
3) Regarding allotment letter, builder agreement it will be formulated as Registry will happen with Authorities and before that how can it happen.

The road is already constructed and is well approachable to project.
The other facilities like sewage and mainhole are also present. That I
had seen myself. I believe that this of time whatever the information
you shared to us will be followed by the builder also.

Let us all assemble at Eleven Acacia's office instead. Coz we all cant stand in the heat and discuss things. We need to sit somewhere and talk things out. And as far as i know the Eleven acacia site is nothing but roads and sand!

I feel ofc or site would be better option as we can also talk to builder representative and raise our concerns if we meet at ofc and we can also take a look at the site progress(if any) if we assemble at site. Moreover, they have temporary ofc at site where we can discuss things. I will prefer ofc though.
