Dear Members,

Yes there was meeting which took place at the Builders office and i could not attend owing to short notice and also those members visited and interacted with Noida Authorities as well, which i came to know from one member over phone and he conveyed that all details of both the meeting and outcome will be conveyed to all members throgh email and till date no such email has come.
I once again request to those members who were present in that meeting to please update and share the outcome with us also.

Hi,

I spoke to Mr. Preetam in Eleven Acacia and he mentioned that the registry has not been executed yet.

He added that Greater Noida Authority has become more cautious in their proceedings.

They are doing thorough checks before proceeding any further which eventually is delaying the whole process.

On money refund, Mr. Preetam said that the actual refund would take at least one month from the date of application for refund. Sometimes even longer.

I had a word with Mr Manish(One of the Director of eleven group) and
even he stated the same from registry front that it will be done in
Feb most probably but no concrete response for the same.

We are really foolish that we have given our hard cash for no mans land....I want to ask why registry is getting late. Its now become a profession of real state agent or builders to loot people in the name of land. I am seeing this everywhere. They think once we give or money to them then we can't do anything. At amx we can go to court and their also we end up spending money. If we ask police to take action then they will also eat money. I dont think this project is going to start.
In whole India it is becoming a profession those who are bullies Gundas will become builders and loot us showing fake and lucrative offers.
Now I donn't know what should be done.
