Dear Members,

We need to meet either on 22nd or 23rd february at convinent place and the reason for said dates is to have all members sufficent time to plan accordingly and 22nd February reason being friday so as to meet Noida Authority.

Plan should be for 22nd Friday at 10 am in Noida at Sector 18 convinent place and then agenda will be as below:

1) Assemble by 10.30 am

2) Proceed to Noida Authority

3) Discuss Strategy there itself

4) Proceed to Eleven Acacia office

5) In case we are in problem then seek refund thereitself as all those members wishing

6) in case of Refund we need to submit application and get NOC from Investor Clinic

7) At 1 Pm proceed to investor clinic to get noc and process and procedure of getting refund and this is applicable in case if we get alarming picture from Noida Authority or those members who are not satisfied and also those members who want to cancell in any case.

We need to support each other and after this meeting and outcome I dont think then there should be any exchange of mail regarding updates as it is too much and it is time for final showdown.

I once again request all members to participate and especially outstation members as everybody has sufficent time .

Any one can propose venue in sector 18 Noida or any other convinent location to all.

Request please confirm by this sunday

  Noida ext. area comes under Greater Noida Autority so i don't think Noida Auth. will provide any update. So better first meet Eleven Acacia office and then move to Greater noida.

Dear Praveen

It is not a wise and intelligent decision to get refund back. Builder is looking for an opportunity to refund so that he can sell the units at current high market price.

But in that case we will be losers and will lose the premium and will not be able to get the unit at old rates.

So please drop the idea of refund.

However we can consult some lawyer and have to put RTI in  noida authority to know the current status of the plot. We need to meet collectively at builder office.

There is no need to worry that our money is unsafe.

Hi Vivek,

There is no bhoomi poojan happening. Let us first unite ourself and freeze the plan of meeting on 22nd Feb (as suggested by Praveen). We will try and find out the exact status of the project. Whether there is a delay from authority or builder doesn't have money to pay to the authority for registry and/or construct at the site. If need be send a legal notice through a lawyer asking the builder to clarify the exact position in writing or else face music.

Someone from this group reported that builder had paid some amount to Authority in December. Was it not true ???

 

and in the last meeting people went to the Authority, the what was happened there. Did we get the news from Authority on builder and project(that time).

I went to the builders office and it was said that registory will be done by Jan end or Feb starting. But I haven't got any update after that. Now i am not in the city and in Mumbai.. so need to check what is going on..

I am really puzzled as lot of members have responded but no one except one has confirmed for meeting on 22nd Feb.

 

I hereby request all members as per following details

 

1) Even if Bhomi Poojan is happening or not

2) Even if we had assurance that work will start by end Jan or Feb

3) Even if we had information that Registration Money ( Part Money has been Deposited)

4) Even if RTI has been filled

5) Even if we are sure that everything will happen in right direction

 

But i fail to understand why no one is confirming for meeting on 22nd February as per below agenda once again i am writing and why some Members want feedback of last visit and it is for those members including me that we all as a group and Please note that outside members need now to contribute their bit by joining us on 22nd February and please no updates as we need to conclude as per below:

 

A) To Go to Greater Noida Authority and seek all details , there itself our future strategy will come in consideration as if everything is in order then we just move to builder and get to know the future course of action plan regarding construction activities, payment plans etc.

Else if there is any alarming situation (GOD FORBID) we take collective decission there and proceed accordingly.

 

SO PLEASE EARNESTLY I REQUEST ALL MEMBERS TO COME FORWARD AND CONFIRM THERE PRESENCE ON 22ND FEB AT 10 AM AT NOIDA SECTOR -18 WHERE FROM WE WILL MOVE TO GREATER NOIDA AUTHORITY.

In absence of any confirmation or lack of support which i am seeing , i don't have any option except to pursue on my own in any case.
