Dear Deepak, Vivek and all members,

First of all i request you all to not to address Mr. Mritunjay in same mail, as this will alert them about our move. 

In my view lets fix a date with them on coming Friday or saturday and take written assurance from them regarding their time line, project status and signing of sale agreement with all of us. If they could not provide us a written assurance then lets finalise our strategy which may include filing of compliant with GNIDA, Cr. Compliant with CJM, GAutam Budg nagar, Complaint with Consumer Forum. However, we should first try to get some written assurances from them.

Request you all to share your views but without making Mr. Mritunjay a Party to all these mails.

The builder is taking us for granted, we need to unite  and ensure what was promised to us is delivered. I do not think the Builder is taking things seriously. There is no issue with the authority as far as registry or Layout plan sanction is concern(other builders are getting it done)  than why eleven acacia is delaying it.

Why are we giving them option to provide us Flat at 1800 per sq ft. When we have booked for villa we should insisit for the same under any circumstances. Further you have addressed your another mail to Builder also, giving them a chance to think otherwise.

I agree. The builder is trying to take us for a ride. They'd pressurize us into taking the flats as thats where their interests lie. If we wanted flats, we would have booked them at the rates of as low as 1400-1500 and wouldn't even have had to worry about all the nonsense thats been happening with this builder. We booked for Villas because we wanted villas and we should get them. No ifs and buts. The builder is probably going to threaten of cancelling the booking if we denied the flats. But that should not be a deterrent for us. We need to be ready to move the courts if need be.

You are absolutely correct Kamlapatiji.

The Booking was done for Villas. For faster action, Consumer court would be a better option.

Recently a builder was sued for a similar issue by the Consumer court.

Agreed. We have invested in their villas project. Had we need to invest in Flats, we would have invested in other renowned projects like Gaur, Amarpali etc. which are proceeding towards completion.

Dear Mr Kashyap

You are absolutely right.The ongoing episode first with the land issue between authorities and formers etc and now with builder has already delayed the delivery of Villas. We must insist for Villas. Surprisingly when other builders were struggling for their projects, Eleven Acasia remained assuring the investors about their project being out of those problems. Now when most of other builders have resumed their work, Eleven Acasia remain non responsive.

Agreed with you all. If flats to be booked then there are many good project with location but we all wanted Villas and therefore waited so long. This is our hard earned money and cannot so easily be adjusted anywhere. Not at all......

One more thing If I'm not wrong builder will be eligible to pay fine after some time if they didn't start their project on time. Due to this may be they forced us for flats instead of villas

Although we all are not do easily be cheated by this .............
