Umesh Sir,

I will not be able to make it for the meeting tomorrow, as it is going very busy at the office currently. However, I would like to be updated on the outcome of the meeting with the Buliders, regarding the status of the villas.

Also, the Eleven group buliders have not been transparent in their working . Rightfully, we should be updated from the builder's end about any progress  or step taken towards the start of the project, by newsletters, by post. However, there has not been any such proactive responses from their end. 

The updates have to start coming from the bulider's end, as newsletters, else it is very difficult to trust their words.

Hello everybody,

1) Villa Number is 173.

2) Since, the last two years, since there had been no development/ news/update about the project( even on repeated requests), we requested for the refund, as it seemed the only appropriate option.

3) However, the Builders have not once responded on this issue. Since, then, the money is blocked, and also there has been no update by the builders as a reassurance that they would resume the project.

4) If there is  hope of the project moving ahead, the builders should inform us by proper official letters.
